I am having the same problem with redeeming points.  When I click on the redemption catalog link, I only get a blank page.  I want to see if I can redeem points for travel options.  With the points expiring soon, I would like this problem remedied ASAP.

Yes, the issue I was having has been cleared up. I was unable to purchase 7 gift cards at one time due to AARP having an issue on their end. I was able to purchase them 2 at a time.

I'm Curious 

Where things fixed for you once the Calculators got fixed? 

What were you trying to redeem your points for? 

Or was it the Calculators not working & not rewarding points that we all dealt with over a week the issue?

I'm replying to your post to let you know that you were not the only person having 'point redemption' issues. My Mom's R4G account had an issue for over a week where the 'EARN POINTS'/quiz pages showed her name and her points, but her R4G Home page and point redemption sites showed neither her name nor points.

 

After a week of exchanging emails with Customer Service, the isssue was resolved 2 days ago.

CS said that the problem was that a 'duplicate account' had been created, blocking the points available for redemption, and it was likely caused by their software update.

 

We were told that the duplicate account had to be deleted to resolve the point redemption issue.

 

I hope your issue was resolved also.

And yes, it was a week of concern and frustration wondering how a duplicated account had been created, and being unable to access her points.

Daily Deal? 

Sweepstakes entries?

Very disappointed in this website at this point.  Have spent numerous hours earning points to collect for rewards redemption and when I want to redeem them the site isn't working properly.  I have tried daily for almost a week on various different computers, phones, ipads, etc at home and at work with no luck.  I have even phoned AARP Rewards for Good and no one can help with this issue.  Is anyone else experiencing this or is it just me???????
