Can't finalize rewards for good sign-up

I've been working on this problem for 3 days.  It's beyond frustrating.   I cannot even view the rewards catalog.  When I try to do so I get a prompt "Almost there...You're one click away..."  There are 2 checkboxes, I check them both then click "start using my points". I get nothing.  My cursor changes from the hand to the arrow but nothing ever happens.  I can click it again, but i never get the hand cursor back and I never leave this screen.  I have tried from 3 different browsers as well as my phone.    It's so frustrating, I just want to accept the terms and view the catalog.   Why is this so hard?
