I love Williamsburg in Brooklyn, New York. Its a short subway ride across the river and there is an eccletic mix of artisan coffee, natural and organic eateries, and an all around artistic atmosphere. It's nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and explore this neighborhood. There are many thrift shops to explore, record stores to visit, and art galleries to peek into. Some industrial sections have now been converted into lofts and even hostels, and urban art adorns the walls of old factory buildings.

It's a taste of Bohemia in New York City and those who haven't been, should really visit!
