I had only a few minutes to sample this museum when I visited Washington a few years ago, but what I saw will bring me back for a longer visit.  Right in the middle of a large hall was a 1950's soda fountain and a lone black actor demonstrating the issues of segregation during that time.  He was magnificent. Even though I grew up in the south and saw the real thing, seeing this vignette was magnificent. I can't wait for another visit to DC to see more.
