If anyone is looking for some good eats while visiting Vegas, look no further than the Carnival Buffet at The Rio. Sure there's no shortage of buffet options in Sin City, and it might be one of the more pricier options. However, it is all worth it when you consider what they offer: a Hibachi station, Dim Sum items, TWO types (hot/cold) crab, Gelato, access to the Seafood buffet (extra charge), Prime Rib and mashed potatoes, Tiramisu. etc!
