Forget the long lines and throngs of tourists at Mike's Pastry in Boston's Little Italy. Instead, grab a quick Italian lunch and amazing dessert at two hidden gems. At Parziale's Bakery (80 Prince Street), try a square slice of pizza, or a whole pie if you'd like to share. Or at Bova's Bakery (134 Salem Street), order an Italian sandwich of fresh meats and cheese on chewy, crusty bread. At either (or at both!) pick up some delectable desserts to go, then head back toward the Freedom Trail to enjoy the sweet treats atop Copps Hill Burying Ground, or in the park in front of the Paul Revere House, or on the grounds of the Old North Church. Wicked good!
