Nope, it is a "challenge" trying to find a Medicare Doctor in the United States = WHY would I want to leave it for a foreign country with NONE.

 

And add getting your RETIREMENT Social Security in this foreign country.

 

Lastly, maybe BEFORE THIS YEAR 2025 Americans were "welcomed" in the majority of foreign countries. NOT anymore thanks to the TARIFF DRAMA.

 

But it can work for those interested!!!
