Some of us have gym memberships or do exercises at home using videos and/or equipment.
Some of us like to walk - maybe on a trail, at the gym or just around the neighborhood.
What do you like to do? ๐ค

PHYSICAL: My teeth are very important to me. Lol, luv to "smile" and need all my teeth in place. At age 64, soon to be 65, NO dentures or root canals! โ๐โ๐ฅณ
I believe in 6-month cleanings, floss and mouthwash geared to gums.
MENTAL: I run from TOXIC people.
I hang around folks who are living their lives with PASSION = inspires me to do the same.
PHYSICAL: I do not diet, but TRY/lol to "stay away" from junk. Some items I cannot give up like my "peanut butter and jam striped" peanut butter (Walmart Brand).

Even though I believe in exercise, your joke made me laugh. ๐
