Retirement Living Consultants

Are there retirement housing consultants out there who have comprehensive information on local CCRCs or other retirement living options?  If so, what are they called? I can't find what I am looking for -- someone to help my boss and her husband narrow down the long list of retirement living options in the area. They don't have time to visit every option and compare services and such, and would like a consultant to help them do that.  Any suggestions?  Living in the Maryland suburbs of DC.
