I do believe if we TRY to stay HEALTHY, chances are we can RETIRE without the worry of how to pay for things like prescriptions.
High Blood Pressure came knocking at my door probably about 15 years ago.
Up until then the only thing I took was my over-the-counter multi-vitamins for women.
I have heard of people getting off this medicine when they made CHANGES in their lives 🙂
My HOPE is to finally move into a Tiny Cottage somewhere here in Virginia once the PANDEMIC is behind us. Lol, hopefully before I die.
Retired last year July (2020), always dream't of retiring in a Tiny Cottage.
Prices way too HIGH at the moment. STRESS where I am stuck with UPSTAIRS neighbors from HELL is not helping my blood pressure 😞 But I do AVOID salt, try to exercise and TRY/lol to get my weight under control. ALL of which along with stress reduction is said to DECREASE our blood pressure.
