  3. Luv my independence and with being divorced have gotten set in my ways and thriving on MMI (me,myself,I) routines.

We're looking ahead at apartments and assisted living housing. We're in a house now, but will downsize soon and move to an apartment so that task is not left to myself or wife, or family later on if something happens to one/both of us.
