The "for points" filter did not work on both a windows laptop and an iPad when I posted about the missing IHOP card yesterday evening.

Currently, the filter works and the gift card displays using the "for points" filter on both of these machines.  I did not clear cache, history, or anything. 

It works NOW but that doesn't mean that it wasn't frustrating; the rewards program has problem after problem on top of problem.

So even though I resubscribed, I am still not getting emails. I went into the Subscriptions and Notifications section, Notification Settings section and checked what was selected/unselected and made a few changes, so will see if that fixes it.

Thanks for the heads-up about the "for points" Redemption Type failing to work for the IHOP gift card.

NOW WE CAN'T TRUST THE "FOR POINTS" FILTER, AGAIN, EITHER.

I don't complain very much because I like the Rewards program, however, this program has become a cluster in so many ways.  It really tests my patience which was already long suffering.

@AARPConsumerCare Do you guys have an answer for the IHOP card failing to show up on the redemption page using the "for points" filter?  Thanks!

I have left multiple comments, exchanged information with "AARP consumer care", received emails that the situation has been excalated, and still, not able to redeem points since the "update"!!

Everyone is polite, but nothing is done!
