Yes, finally figured out the problem, my internet service has McAfee anti virus protection and it says that the link that AARP sends you to get your gift card is unsafe.  I had to go around it, turned off WiFi and just used data on my phone. I find it very worrisome that an organization like AARP , with all it's "beware and scam alert" articles sends you to an unsafe site to redeem gift cards. Sheesh.

Yep! It seems, only 'special folk' got to redeem. Yet, most of what sells out stays around for atleast 3 days. Maybe someone from AARP will explain the strange happenings, but don't hold your breath. 😉

Hi Jason

you have to have a Redbox Account. You can then add the gift card to your account and rent or buy online (reserve for pickup) at any Kiosk. One caveat with Redbox is you are limited to only 2 rentals with there AARP gift cards

I've not/I'm not redeeming either of those two offers for Footlocker BUT curious can a member really get both?? Thinking we can only get 1 Points Only offer per company per month 🤔 ???

So love to hear if can actually happen cause in past I've not been able to redeem 2 from 2 different 'Points Only' offer opportunities of same $ amount from same company.... wouldn't allow Also couldn't get same offer in next month that carried over from previous month

Well it's the start of a new month (May) and the Extra Credit Deals are just as
disappointing as ever. As expected the extra credits did not move off the $5 scale.🤔
Another thing I discovered was until a reward cycles through you are not allowed to
purchase it again even though it's in a NEW month. (Limit 1 per person. you have already
redeemed for this item. This item is limited to one per user RULE)
Everything resets (extra credits, quizzes, videos, calculators ect.) at the start of the new
month, why not rewards for points. Evidently until a reward gets tagged SOLD OUT and
reintroduced later you cannot purchase it again. In essence if a reward is not SOLD OUT
it could be listed indefinitely thus preventing you from making another purchase ever.
I have noticed from comments posted here more members in this forum are becoming to
realize that the Administrator of the AARP Rewards Program, Merkle Inc. aka
HelloWorld is not being honest and transparent in it's dealings with us.
Kudos to @BeachGirl23 and @Tomsowa for their investigations and concerns that all is
not right with this program.😀
Our Community Managers seem to show interest in only solving minor and
inconsequential concerns and suggestions and ignoring the hard questions.
There is so much wrong with this program and the way senior's are being treated, who by
the way make up the majority of the people in this program. You could say we are Work
From Home employees who are grossly underpaid. We watch the ads placed throughout
the videos and web pages from advertisers and some (harryanddavid.com,
butcherbox.com and trugreen.com) don't even contribute to the reward eGift cards.
We complete the quizzes and engage in other numerous activities and are rewarded with
meager compensation. i.e. $5 digital gift cards. I don't believe all the people involved in
this program from the celebrity fitness experts to the writers, camera and video experts,
tech support personnel ect ect would even consider working for such ridiculous
compensation. Let's not forget if not for us senior's this rewards program and the AARP
organization itself would not exist.
