Can't respond to private message from Customer Service

In response to my post about not being able to do redemptions, I received a private message, as follows:

Hi @r767831w, I saw your comment and wanted to reach out to take a look at the error you're receiving. May I have your name and email address? We're investigating the cause of this issue. - Diana G.

But of course, AARP being AARP, there was no reply button or other way to respond and provide the requested information.  I'm not going to post my info publicly here, obviously, so I'm back to square one.  This is frustrating and crazy!

Same problem. Once you get there, you can reply but you can't create a new message.
