Don't every ever look down on anyone because you don't know who he or she is and they are made by God just like you.

I agree.Take care of your primary doctor, your own body and it will take care of you.We need a lot more personal responsibility and a lot less doctor visits.

Re: What sage advice can we share with our children and grandchildren?
Take care of your body while you are young. Alcohol, tobacco and not using sun screen take their toll later in life. When you are in your early 50's you'll be very thankful. Also, learn to br forgiving to those who offend you. You are the one who will carry the offense and the offender many times will just continue on with their life. More than anything else, seek and find God. People can do a good job at hurting each other. God never changes and will always be there with and for you. Through the good and the bad. :-)
