Bet he fancies himself a faithful and observant christian - even though he's plainly a CINO on his best days...

People like that shouldn't even be allowed to be tail gunner on a garbage truck.

GOP judge forced to resign after seizing infant from her mother over unpaid court fees

Mississippi Judge John Shirley resigned in disgrace after he kept an impoverished mother from her baby for 14 months — all because the mother couldn't afford to pay court fees.

Mississippi Judge John Shirley, who resigned in disgrace over his callous treatment of an impoverished mother

Just like the Republican Party as a whole, it seems some conservative judges need a reminder about what “family values” actually means.

One such judge in Mississippi apparently saw no contradiction between the “conservative values” he purports to care about and separating an impoverished mother from her infant child for 14 months — for no reason other than some unpaid misdemeanor court fees.

Pearl Youth Court Judge John Shirley learned quickly how wrong he was, as he was forced to resign in disgracewhen this case came to light. And it’s not hard to see why.

Conservative Values.

Shut down or obstruct family planing, when women are driven into poverty by unplanned / unwanted pregnancy and motherhood hold the baby hostage to force the mother to pay debts.
