Lying, deception, and lack of any moral fiber seems to be generational.

I suppose to some who seek to divide us as a Nation into subsets will think of Ivanka Trump primarily as a "woman". We to the right see her as a "person". And, as a person, I'm sure she sees the logic of stopping excess gender specific legislation and rules.

I hope you realize that the right to privacy which protects an individual's compensation from public exposure is what this is and was about.

"Forced arbitration" is a reasonable way to resolve differences between employees.

What has to be understood is that if a woman says she is being "picked on" or underpaid, it is not true based purely on her word. The same applied to men - it's called avoiding sexual discrimination. Each case needs to be examined with gender not a factor.

Workplace for Women- just got worse

For being such a ladies man, it should come of somewhat a surprise that apparently Donald only concern for women is the **bleep**.    He recently rolled back rules that required that companies applying for Fed Contracts no longer have to respect women as equal participants in the workplace.

These included two rules that helped protect female employees: wage transparency and a ban on forced arbitration clauses for sexual harassment, known as “cover-up clauses” by critics.

The wage transparency requirement forced companies with federal contracts to provide each employee with a “wage statement,” making clear the rate of pay, the number of hours worked, the total amount of pay and any specific additions or deductions.

Misogyny is alive and well in the White House....sorry womem.  http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/donald-trump-executive-order-fair-pay-s...
