What if this group of fun loving kids, as you call them, were holding up signs with the message HELLO "N" WORD on them?

Would you still say they were just showboating?

Are we going to turn this country in one like the one in pre-World War Two in Germany?  One where there is censorship?  Everyone admits this was a stupid action on the part of the kids, their elders is calling them out about it.  So what else would anyone want done?

This is what is left of the America our ancestors came to for freedom.

So you saying that if the same "KIDS" made the "STUPID ACTION" of holding up signs saying "HELLO "N" using the "N" word itself, that you would defend the use of that word as you are defending the use of the symbolic HITLER SALUTE?

Are there other HATE SPEECH and HATE ACTIONS which you are willing to defend?

In WWII, Der Hitler Jugend produced the most blood thursty units in the German Army. Why? Because what you learn as a child sticks with you. If for no other reason than these young morons are being fed homicidal hatred for other races and creeds, this rebirth of the Hitler Jugend must be stopped. We've been able to designate other groups as "criminal enterprises" and have membership made a crime and we should do the same with Nazi youth groups.

Wisconsin HS Students Do Nazi Salute White Power

It's not against the law to be a Nazi, there are Nazis everywhere, there are Nazis in the White House and Congress.

Young people look up to them, they want to be like them.

They have the right to free speech,  freedom of belief, and the right to protest.

They don't have the right to anonymity.

We should know who they are, particularly when they make that information public.

The police / FBI / Armed Services should have a record of them, not charges, just a record.

Employers should know who they are hiring to represent them, to allow into their businesses, and into their homes, to have access to their families.

What is the old saying?

Do not give the devil a foothold.

Don't invite the devil to dinner.

Don't invite the devil into your home.

So Trump is responsible for such youthful pranks?  From what I have heard all sorts of youthful pranks has been going on from time immemorial.  Was not these students only exercising their constitutional freedom of expression?  Especially since they were not harming anyone except those who would curtail the rights of others?

Do you think that neither anyone has not in someway done or said something that offends others?

Generally, however, hate speech is any form of expression through which speakers intend to vilify, humiliate, or incite hatred against a group or a class of persons

Based on your definition in my opinion many of the posts here on this forum could possibly be classified as hate speech.

I would doubt that these students meant any nefarious purpose, but was just youthful indisgressions meant to be humorous.  If I'm not mistaken, the courts have at various time ruled in favor of the right for fascist type groups to march or demonstrate in public.

Yes The Court Allows it & it killed Heather Heyer last year & 11 Jews in a Synogogue last month

There is nothing HUMOROUS about Hatred

A Youthful Prank is not emulating the same activity that has been in the NATIONAL NEWS  and caused dozens of Deaths in the Two Years since Trump was Elected

Of course it doesn't HAVE to be, but neoRepublicans chose to make it all about hatred back in the 60's when they chose to allign themselves with the KKK to impliment Nixon's Southern Strategy. Now all those hate groups elected lil donny, the most racist msiogynistic xenophobe in American history. Der Trumper has divided us by race, religion and gender, and will continue to do so as long as he sees that as a winning FOR HIM strategy.

It was a coupla kids being dumb. How do you get from there to your litany about President's Nixon and Trump?

Think happy thoughts and smile once, it really doesn't hurt.
