Hey, there are people here who believe Trump's tax bill with its Trillion dollar deficits is going to be good for the country. Talk about incredibly stupid.........

It is a line of code that inserts the "..." if a line goes over a certain number of characters. It is neither stupid nor intelligent, it simply follows the rule.  "When you reach this limit, do that action".

Both the "rule" and the maker of that "rule" are stupid because the rule should be:

When the title exceeds 53 characters, retain the first 50 characters of the title and add "..." to the end.

This is because, "Will There Be an Attitude Adjustment Come Tax Time..." occupies the space of 53 characters while "Will There Be an Attitude Adjustment Come Tax Time?" occupies less space.

But, it does exemplify the ineptitude of liberals when dealing with physical rather than social reality and their willingness to hide this ineptitude behind a bureaucracy.

No doubt, but you brought up "shifting". What "shifting" are you talking about?

Yellow pages and schooling first.

I seriously doubt the yellow pages are going to carry an explanation of your made up "shifting" that you are now trying to dodge with the sort of childishness in "Yellow pages and schooling first".

Try them and you will learn no tax cut by Trump a Tax increase was given. Yellow pages then education is the answer for the far right.

The only reason a member of the Middle Class would pay less in tax during a Republican administration is they will earn less during a Republican administration. The rich pay less because Republicans only reduce the TMR, and then remove deductions that the bottom 90% could use.

And yet there was a tax cut and tax payers did get a reduction - not a wealth redistribution, just a tax cut.

Well, anyone can call themselves a liberal. Frankly, you should stay away from people like that. True liberals do. We don't associate with people who don't understand how the capitalist system works.

You realize you went from not having the government interfere to having a voice in making the rules.

Having a voice in making the rules is all the Democrats want too but you seem to want to shut down the government rather than let Democrats have a voice in how much is spent on 16th century technology.

What is the difference between "making the rules" and "mandating the rules". I'm not sure but I think you used a variation of the same term to describe the difference between liberals and conservatives. Does your version mean I won't have to pay for the useless wall Trump wants to build?

I am not sure which liberals you are talking about. I do know the liberals I hear and read are talking about the relative costs vs outcomes of health care systems in different countries in a straight up economic analysis.  In every case, the United States has the most expensive health care delivery system in the world but is in the lower middle of the pack in terms of outcomes. PLUS, our system does not provide anything but last minute emergency care for all of our citizens.

The conservatives I read and hear scream "Socialism" and then cover their ears and eyes.

Good. Then let's let individuals decide whether to interact with unregistered aliens (they would no longer be illegal) and tell the federal government to stop making decisions for us.
