Re: Why would the EU grant an extension?

If we are going to talk about this subject again there are some facts about it that have to be brought into it so all understand how this started, who started it and why. The support article just deals with where it stands today.

There has been a movement in Britain for some years now that it should leave the EU. Making up that group were mainly far right conservatives. One leader was Nigel F. Some years a go a British PM during an election said if he won he would hold a vote on whether Britain should leave the EU. Brexit was born. The PM(conservative) won. No one thought Brexit would ever win a vote so it was safe  to hold it. Well guess what Brexit passed with a very small margin. surprise to all.

What happened. 1. Russia saw a chance to cause problems for the EU and got involved to help it pass just as they did in our election. 2. A group in the US saw a chance to help Russia and got involved. The point person for the US was Steve Bannon (Ever hear of him before). Bannon was living in a Condo in Washington DC. Nigel F had a Condo in the same building and that is how the US effort started. Steve became an adviser to Nigel, and made a number of trips to Britain to assist with the effort for Brexit to pass. Guess who Steve reported to. Yes Donald Trump. So Brexit had Trump involved from day one. He spoke in favor of it for a long time, and after he became President he and the current PM had words over it, and Trump kinda shut up some. So this problem is in many ways a gift of the USA to Britian, and it is tearing the country apart just like Trump is tearing apart the USA with what he does. Once again Russia was involved. Did Trump get the word from Putin to get into this. We do not know, but just about everything Trump does to the world goes back to Russia. Strange is it not.

Now go and discuss what is currently happening with Brexit. Our gift to Britain through Trump.

Why would the EU grant an extension?

You will remember that this was one of the first times Trump expressed an opinion on international affairs. Or, stuck his nose into another country's affiars, you choice.

The exit from the EU has been a loser since day one. It started because some British did not want to accept dark skinned people. It is about to collapse the British economy or embarrass the heck out of them. The E.U. has said they might extend the deadline for Brezit but what would be the point? The E.U. won't give anything else (the British should have known they were in a lousy negotiating position). Parliament will not agree to the deal on the table. The British government can ask for a new referendum.

No winners here and Trump backed it.  This is the perfect example of a deal with Trump.
