Required employers to report personal information. Is that not againist many laws?

Had you even read about how it would work?  Of course you didn't.

The way it would work would be to require the reporting of personal information. Any further questions??

once again you have mischaracterized a statement. there is no name given, no SS#, anything.

Then how does a person seek redress?

Organize everyone into a labor union. Labor unions are all for fair pay for their workers.

The topic is an action by the Administration. Do you see the organization of the workers as a function of the Administration?

and that action is what? ditching equal pay is it not? Why do you think equal pay is a bad thing?

neoRepublicans have been very sly about how they evade fair labor practices, like opposing the Lilly Ledbetter Law preventing employers from firing workers for asking others about their pay. Here they go again, allowing employers to discriminate against women and minorities by paying them less than white males doing the same jobs by making sure they can't be caught. It's what Republicans do - screw the 99% as they redistribute all the Middle Class wealth to the very to of the 1%.

What is a neoRepoulican?

Is your salary not private information not to be revealed?

I have no idea what you mean. We were talking about the actions of the Administration and you threw in unionization. The question is simple - what do you want the Administration to do to being about unionization?

When did I say equal pay was a "bad thing"? That is not the topic. The topic is Administration actions.

We have equal pay laws...

Thus US federal law now states that "employers may not pay unequal wages to men and women who perform jobs that require substantially equal skill, effort and responsibility, and that are performed under similar working conditions within the same establishment."

ANd yet it still goes on, with the Trump admin refusing to correct the situation.  Naomi whats her name said " we think" its an undue burden. thats an opinion, not a fact.

So it begins.

You have just shown that you haven't any idea as to how it worked either. Thanks.

You are very welcome.

Would you care to offer some proof as to your allegation? Or is that one of those "we all know" type things.

here is some proof. what it actually says is :  how much they pay workers ― broken down by gender, race and ethnicity.

So it begins.
