What ever happened to drive up testing?

The administration keeps promising but we really need to concentrate on delivery.  There were supposed to be drive up testing stations at Walmarts, Targets, and CVS  among others. In Texas, they have a saying.  "All hat and no cattle".  Below are links to state drive up programs being created to address the huge vacuum created by the administration.
