We insist it be called Wuhan Virus...

This is one of the dumbest things I've heard in a long time. The G7 nations couldn't agree to a joint statement about the pandemic because the US officials insisted it be called the "Wuhan Virus."

"Foreign ministers representing seven major industrialized nations failed to agree on a joint statement Wednesday after the Trump administration insisted on referring to the coronavirus outbreak as the “Wuhan virus,” three officials from G-7 countries told The Washington Post.

Other nations in the group of world powers rejected the term because they viewed it as needlessly divisive at a time when international cooperation is required to slow the global pandemic and deal with the scarcity of medical supplies, officials said."

The first person identified to have AIDS / HIV was in the US...so can we rename it...same for Spanish Flu pandemic that was carried from the US to Spain.

The current WH is busy trying to deflect any of their failing.

Meanwhile folks in TX are complaining that the State has insufficient amount of testing supplies - so the numbers from them are falsely low.     https://www.nbcdfw.com/news/coronavirus/let-me-just-not-sugarcoat-things-jenkins-frustrated-by-lack-...     Anyone who is attempting to distract via the  "numbers are dropping" is selling mushroom feed-like information and hoping that the ignoble donald supporters don't think.

The H1N1 virus began in America..........perhaps we should rename as the "American" virus?

1- Please don't applaud the POS so-called president for signing anything! This is an insult to millions who despise him. He is destroying our country and killing children(border,) the sick (insulin and other meds) and the elderly with his moronic, selfish decisions.

2.- Wuhan-Quoting this moron or using any of the terms he suggests is absolutely absurd. He is illiterate and demented.
