Mr Smith, did Mr Capone coerce you to give up part ownership in your company?

No, I did it simply because he asked for a favor............Right Mr. Capone?

Of course, the rest of us can read the transcript.

I have said all of these things with Trump are interconnected. Well another one came out to night. Trump had been talking with the President of U about a server which was hacked was in Ukraine and it should be looked for. It was from the DNC or Hillary (Both say they have no idea what he is talking about.) He was after them to look into the Co that the DNC used to look into who broke into their server in 2016. Seems they are in U for some reason. Does not make sense. But guess what. Roger Stone is on trial (Trumps long time adv.) for charges Muller brought. His defence is the same thing. So we now see another inter lock. As I have said before all this ties together. Trump the Mob boss.

Once again, another bogus topic.  The accusations are from a whistleblower, not the dems.  It's not surprisng one poster is so confused....

According to those who have seen the complain.t, including GOP Sasse, "this is really, REALLY bad"...... it's a "no brainer".

Sasse Says Republicans ‘Ought Not To Be Rushing To Circle The Wagons’

@jimc91

Please, you would expect him to say otherwise? Nothing was refuted. Like trump, he is an entertainer and now a politician. With a quarter billion plus on the line, and setting next to the crime boss sugar daddy, you would expect him to say otherwise? That line of thought is very naive!

At least he is not throwing out a lot of lies!

Ukrainian President Refutes Dems Accusations: ‘Nobody pushed me’ To Investigate Biden

BY: Sara Carter

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky refuted claims Wednesday by the Democrat Party that President Donald Trump put pressure on him to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden’s son’s dealings with a Ukrainian energy company.

IT WAS NORMAL. WE SPOKE ABOUT MANY THINGS…YOU READ IT, THAT NOBODY PUSHED ME, UKRAINIAN PRESIDENT

Trump emphasized that Zelensky’s administration is on track to root out corruption concerns in Ukraine and touted the relationship between the two leaders. Zelensky stressed  that there was no coercion on the part of Trump to investigate Biden but that any form of corruption would be investigated.

Zelensky noted that his administration is working diligently to tackle issues of corruption preparing the way for stronger economic ties between the two allies.

Earlier in the day, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff told reporters that the transcripts clearly prove that there was a shake-down of Ukraine. He said this despite the fact there was no evidence in the transcripts that Trump had asked for a ‘quid pro quo.’  Schiff then compared Trump to a mafia boss, saying Trump’s conversation was clearly a move to threaten Ukraine with holding aid.

Zelensky responded to a an onslaught of questions from reporters, who asked whether he felt pressure from Trump to investigate Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, and his dealings with the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings.

“I think you read everything,” said Zelensky, referring to the publicly released transcripts of his conversation with Trump. “I’m sorry but I don’t want to be involved…in elections of U.S.A. I think we had a good phone call. It was normal. We spoke about many things. I think, and you read it, that nobody pushed me.”

Trump then told reporters “you know there was no pressure. All you have to do is see what went on in the call. But you got asked the question and I appreciate the answer.”

A Ukrainian source, with knowledge of the current situation, told SaraACarter.comthat “there is nothing wrong in discussing the issues the Presidents discussed. If the truth prevails, both Ukraine and the U.S. will be better off.”

The issues regarding Biden took new prominence again in the media as Ukraine, under Zelensky, has promised to reform and target corruption in the country. Those issues, particularly the recent resurgence of the Biden story, said Trump, did not occur under Zelensky’s administration “but whatever he can do in terms of what he can do in terms of corruption, because corruption is massive.”

Trump told reporters “when Biden’s son walks away with millions of dollars from Ukraine, and he knows nothing, but they’re paying him millions of dollars, that’s corruption. When Biden’s son walks out of China with $1.5 billion dollars in a fund and the biggest funds in the world can’t get money out of China. And he’s there one quick meeting and he flies in on Air Force Two. I think that’s a horrible thing.”

Hunter Biden joined Burisma’s board in 2014, during the time his father, then-Vice President Biden, was put in charge of handling foreign policy issues with Ukraine.

Biden’s son firm Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC, would receive “regular transfers into one of its accounts — usually more than $166,000 a month — from Burisma from spring 2014 through fall 2015, during a period when Vice President Biden was the main U.S. official dealing with Ukraine and its tense relations with Russia,” as reported.

Rudy Guilliani, Trump’s personal lawyer, is investigating the both the situation with Biden and the origination of the FBI’s probe into Trump’s campaign and the now debunked claim that there was collusion with Russia, Trump said at the press conference.

Here we go again. Now you have Sara doing it again. Why a new thread. This is part of the other one. By the way read what Sara wrote. If you do you will find he said he does not want to get involved in the elections of the USA and he is not saying anything that would get him involved. He knows his country has to much to loose. Now good old Sara cherry picks some facts and then writes a story that is not true which follows the pattern of the Trump supporters. By the way so far there has been nothing illegal even brought out against the Bidens. There were people who looked at this before and found nothing but that is always left out. Now tell us why that is.

Well here is some real news out this evening. Trump asked the President of U to talk to his AG about starting the investigation of Biden. The JD put out a statement this evening saying that Trump never talked to Barr about this, and he new nothing about such a request. Now Barr can be called by the people investigating this matter and will have to testify under oath on the entire matter. This could mean Barr will have to withdraw from anything to do with this matter since he is now a witness. Trump might have just destroyed his best protector, and a person who could send him to jail if he tells all.
