Therein, we must ask, is this non funding a ploy to privatize the USPS, or is this a trump strategy on how to prevent voting by mail...with trump, my guess is the later. The virus pandemic and trashing of the economy cannot be good indicators for trump's re-election. 

Perhaps the House can come thru to provide needed funding for the Postal Service.
