Surely you understand that the hacking has been going of for decades.

Yes, it is something that must be aggressively addressed - but this partisan nonsense is only getting in the way.

So "this partisan nonsense" has kept trump and a Republican majority in both houses from aggressively addressing the Russians hacking into our data bases and posting fake information on facebook, trying to influence our elections?  Really???? "This partisan nonsense" in this forum caused trump to remove sanctions against Russia?  Really ???? Down the rabbit hole once again.

UNITED STATES STILL UNDER ATTACK

"Well, border security is a major function of the federal government."

Every intelligent person knows building Trump's wall will be a waste of valuable money, which will do little more than reward him for a stupid campaign promise. And of course Trump's voters believed Trump when he said Mexico would pay for it, What else would you expect from a Trump voter?

Let's use that $24 Billion for something far more important and effective.Let's use it for something which will really help America.

What is more disturbing is that attention Trump puts on immigration, walls, and Isis instead of the real threat.  Trump's base think Trump is defeating Isis when Iraq with Iranian help are doing the job.  In Syria, Russia and Iran again are at work.  In Afghanistan daily bombings are killing and maiming thousands.  So is Trump getting rid of the Isis problem or is he creating more problems.

Well, border security is a major function of the federal government.

As to the ME, it is and has been for many decades a mess. No past President had an answer - do you?

Well the borders to the White House are wide open with Russia having run of the house.  Now what one you would consider more dangerous?

Partisan nonsense? You mean like POTUS The Worm claiming he doesn't believe his National Security team and infects millions of FOXbots with his willful ignorance?

Or perchance you refer to his son and son-in-law using Russian FSB/KGB operatives to attack Hillary and her campaign?

Mayhap you are thinking about the +200,000 anti-Hillary, well crafted personal ads the Russians placed on Facebook accounts of Republican voters in the 4 swing states in the last weeks of the campaign?

or is it just a simple acknowledgement that a major GOPer contributor (Diebolt) is providing PAPERLESS electronic voting machines in a number of Purple States has plead guilty to bribing election officials?

It doesn't surprise me at all that a lobbyist for the defense industry would be invoking fear to heat up the cold war.

The Senate lobbying disclosure database, based on reports filed by Dan Coats’ former firms, Verner Liipfert and King & Spalding, lists him as a lobbyist for defense giant Lockheed Martin, among other clients.

Dan Coats has made $ millions lobbying. He's part of that Washington revolving door, also referred to as the swamp.
