   Calm down easy - it is about extradition not rendition and NO a country does not have to extradite a person to another country.    One of the RW newest 'heros' is stuck in a London embassy and sometimes Russians get sent here and sometimes they don't .    We did just receive a guy who was "captured" in Spain.     HINT:   details matter.  

     Psychological torture is not practiced in most democratic nations....the US is the exception, said to say.
