Re: Trump still owes big money from his last El Paso visit

When Harry Truman's business failed in the Republican Depression, he worked for years to repay every debt he had.

When Bonespurso WUSSolini had NINE businesses fail, he stiffed his investors, partners, creditors and customers for every dime his incompetence had lost, and used THEIR losses to pay no taxes for a decade. Then there's all the small businessmen who he refused to pay because he knew they could not afford the legal fees to fight him in court.

lil donny is a pathological liar and a habitual cheat. He's in hock to Russian mobsters, Oligarchs and Government because nobody in the US was dumb enough to lend him money for his schemes, and now he's Putin's puppet.

His only accomplishment has been to elevate racism and White Supremacy to the highest levels of our government, and the great harm he does to people of color here and around the World is the basis for his support.

I hate to tell you, but there is a line that goes clean around the block in New York waiting to get paid.

This is who our president is! How can anyone be surprised that we have lost standing, stature, and respect in the world, and with a majority of the populace...anyone presume otherwise?

Never let the "deadbeat" come back for a rally, debate, or election event without paying in advance!!!  That's what businesses usually do when someone welches on their debt.

Trump still owes big money from his last El Paso visit

This is typical Trump. He sees a chance to skip out on a debt and he takes it. Never figured he would be coming back to El Paso, did you Deficit Don?  Somebody's got to pay for all those first responders but it won't be Trump.

How can you support this deadbeat?

The city attempted to charge him $470,417.05 for services related to his February rally and tacked on late fees after he didn’t pay.

President Donald Trump publicly pledged “all the support of the federal government” on Saturday after 22 people were shot to death in an El Paso Walmartthis weekend.

But his statements are prompting charges of hypocrisy because the city claims the president’s political campaign owes an outstanding debt from a February campaign rally — specifically, more than half a million dollars.

“Our resources are really strained right now,” said Alexsandra Annello, a member of the El Paso City Council. “Our police and fire are exhausted, our health department had for three days straight been working with the reunification of families. As you see from the bill, these are the services required for a presidential visit. In addition to financial costs, our community and resources are already strained and do not need this extra burden.”

A spokesman for the Trump campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment on when, if at all, it planned to pay the city back. Later this week, Trump is expected to visit El Paso and Dayton, Ohio, where another gunman killed nine people in the city’s entertainment district. The Associated Press reported Monday that the Federal Aviation Administration has issued advisories of VIP travel to both cities for Wednesday.
