My grandchildren are going to be paying for that "big, beautiful, (and ineffective) wall.

Of course. They will pay for each and every bit of spending that the government does without paying for it. There is nothing new in that.

"Muslim Ban", not really. Remember when Sessions said it was his job to find a way to make it legal?  Elmer did not find a way.

There never was a "Muslim ban" planned.

Veto a $1.3 Trillion spending bill?  Just kidding.

The combined efforts of the Dems and the Rep establishment created that budget. Would you prefer Trump close the government down?

He knows his supporters have a short attention span and works it.

Yes, your post does suggest a memory loss.

It seems that his entire life is based on this premise.

Overpromise and underdeliver seems to apply to:

(1) His businesses that went belly up

(2) His marriages that went belly up

(3) His extramarital affairs that seem to have gone belly up

(4) His selection of the "best" cabinet ever which is now clear, has gone belly up.

(5) The financial health of the country, once bragged about, but, due to his actions, is now going belly up.

I could go on and on.

But, @Richva, once again, you seem to have hit the nail on the head.

now, unfortunately, how do we end this?

Doesn't look like it will until natural expiration in 2020 as no one apparently has the opportunity to end it sooner.

Sad for us all, we have no "opt out" on this...
