"they do not want our country to do good if Trump gets any, even just a little credit."

Credit for what?

  • surrounding himself with convicted and/or soon to be convicted felons
  • telling more LIES than all other presidents combined
  • attacking our NATO Allies
  • Building the deficit to $22 TRILLION
  • Ignoring Health Care
  • Ignoring Infrastructure Upgrades
  • falling in love with Kim Jong Un
  • calling for a Muslim Registry
  • Closing down the federal govt. over his vanity wall
  • etc.

Good point, RT.  I won't be facetious either...... Do you think trump could poll at 52% approval from the White House staff?...".
No. I don't believe the poll is correct either. But I do know that no poll is 'correct', so everyone can pick and choose their numbers and claim they have the 'true' stats. (I did my grad work in theory and statistics).   All of these polls rely on statistical prediction and we generally don't know how good the sampling is on any of them. Do you think any of these polls have samples based on demographic data across the U.S.?  Of course not.
Anyway, the only thing that is accurate (mostly) is the vote itself.

President Trump’s approval rating has reached 52 percent, according to a new poll released Monday, his highest level since shortly after his inauguration in 2017.

The Rasmussen daily presidential tracking poll shows 47 percent of likely US voters disapprove of his job performance.

Trump’s approval rating was at 55 percent just days after he was sworn in as president on Jan. 20, 2017.

The president touted the results in a tweet that included an image of the Drudge Report’s web page headline: “Trump 52% approval jolts Washington. Best in years.”

His marks have been on the rise since his State of the Union address last Tuesday and in the wake of the 35-day partial government shutdown over border security and his demand for $5.7 billion in funding for a border wall.

The Rasmussen poll shows Trump’s approval rating was at 46 percent the day the government shut down on Dec. 22 and fell to 43 percent on Jan. 14.

The daily tracking results come from surveys involving 500 likely voters each day and reported on a three-day rolling average basis. It has a plus/minus 2.5 percentage-point margin of error in the 1,500 sample

The left on this board show they do not want our country to do good if Trump gets any, even just a little credit.

There are no documented facts which could possibly make a Trump Cult member believe the real number is around 41%. They always believe whatever they want to believe.

You may as well take a poll of Trump's kids to see how he's doing as use a Rasmussen Poll.

FiveThirtyEight which uses weighted averages of a number of polls puts the ToadPOTUS approval at 40.3% with 55.7% DISAPPROVAL .

Going to be a lot of GOPers in the Senate who will give 538's data a lot of careful consideration when they vote to convict and remove the twit from office in the next couple months.

It's a hoot some prefer to Cherrypick one of the least reliable polls in the country. Clearly, the 538 compilation is the most accrate, useful and represenative of America.

Speaking of cherry-picking, allow me to throw a few of my own in the basket.

We can also look at the RCP average across several polls including Rasmussen.  (Spoiler: 42.6% approval / 54.1% disapproval.

But if poor Donnie wants to tweet his own whistle with Rasmussen numbers, I will be magnanimous and let him have his momentary ray of sunshine, since we all know how bleak his world has been lately.  I'd almost feel sorry for him, except... I don't, really.

Those, the same polls which predicted Miss Hillary by a landslide in 2016.

Are we sure that they didn’t poll hannity, rush, ann, laura, and alex? Or perhaps nazis and the kkk? It’s the only possible way that his ratings could be over 50%!
