Trump's Russian Buddies Pay Militants To Kill U.S. Soldiers

Russia Offered Bounties For Taliban Militants To Kill U.S. Soldiers And Other Allies

https://www.forbes.com/sites/mattperez/2020/06/26/report-russia-offered-bounties-for-taliban-militan...

While Trump worships and praises Putin, Putin is paying militants to kill our soldiers .... another egregious act of treason by Trump!

We all saw Trump throw the United States under the bus at the Helsinki Talks to appease Putin.

And we've all seen Trump believe the words of a single Russian  KGB agent (Putin) over 17 of his own country's Intelligence Agencies .... as well as ask Russians to hack into our cyber systems.

AND NOW, TRUMP'S RUSSIAN BUDDIES ARE PAYING MILITANTS TO KILL OUR SOLDIERS!!!!!!!

Trump's refusal to condemn Russia and punish them for slaughtering American soldiers constitutes treason at the highest level.

That, along with his other treasonous actions, render an obvious need to remove Trump from office immediately on charges of treason!

We have come full circle as we see the far far left join the far right in their willingness to even make up stories to cover for Dictator Trump.

If the intelligence report is true...

Then what should Trump do?

Bring the troops home? Send in more troops? Drop more bombs? Put more economic sanctions on Russia? Increase military spending? Go to war with Russia?

Here's what he's been doing lately...

Trump Plans to Cut Another 4,000 US Troops From Afghanistan.

Plan would leave 4,500 left in Afghanistan by autumn.

Under the US peace deal with the Taliban, the US was to get troop levels in Afghanistan down to 8,600 by mid-July. Drawdowns have been ahead of schedule, and by last week, officials announced they’d already reached 8,600.

That’s not the end of it, and reports are that President Trump has finalized a plan to withdraw another 4,000 or so US troops from the country, with the goal of getting things down to 4,500 remaining by autumn.

This would be the lowest US troop level in Afghanistan since the 2001 invasion and occupation.

I'm all for getting out of Afghanistan but I'm afraid he's only going to send them to fight and occupy another country. We'll see...

No one cares what Trump has been doing lately as that has nothing to do with what Russia did. Once again we see a total avoidance of what Russia did. They put a bounty on our Troops carrying out an assigned mission. The Russian idea was increase the number of our troops killed by making it pay better for the killer. Russia  is not part of the current operation in AFG.

What we do see is something like this happens and our President is informed by Intel in March and does nothing which means he has condoned it todate. As I heard on TV today that is Treason. Sadly the Trump supporters can not even bring themselves to say Trump is wrong.

Now we have all learned a few things about Trump supporters. They are willing to allow American service members to die due to Trumps failure, and Trump supporters are far right, and far left.

This is about the troops, isn't it?

The 4,000 troops (with bounties on their heads) who are leaving Afghanistan DO care what Trump is doing.

No this is about a country (Russia) not involved in AFG putting a bounty on the heads of our Troops performing the mission they were assigned by the US government. Russia was paying a group to kill American Troops and our President new about it since March and did nothing. That means our President by non action helped kill American Troops.

It is really sad to see Trump defended in what he did by far left who have always said how they were for the very people being killed due to this.

Whether the intelligence report is accurate or not, with or without a bounty the Taliban has been attacking the occupying forces for 19 years.

These members of Congress had the same information as Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton but they did NOT join Biden and Hillary and some of the other Democratic hawks.

Which Democrats voted against the Iraq War?

In the House of Representatives:

126 Democrats, 6 Republicans, and 1 Independent (Bernie Sanders) voted against the Iraq War.

In the Senate:

26 Democrats voted against the Iraq War.

.... Does absolutely nothing to change the fact that the House and Senate voted on Bogus information that was given to them by a Republican controlled administration.

Trump lies 90% of the time so I will take the word of our Intel people on supplying the information to him just like they do every other bit of intel information they get, and the Russian desk head quitting. Once again we see Trump caught and try and lie his way out.

The big difference here is the defense of Trump. It is not by the usual far right, but the far left. The approach is the usual. Try and change the subject from a Nation Russia who is not involved in AFG paying a group to kill American Service people carrying out an assigned US mission to whether the mission should have been assigned.

I have said for a long time now the far right, and far left are one in the same, and would destroy the USA for their own needs at the expense of most Americans. Right now there are more far right than far left so they are more active. All should never forget the far right and far left are the same, and let me say again Bennie was not far left but sadly had far left support just as Trump has far right support.

We should be talking about just what we are. Another country putting a bounty on our Armed Forces performing the mission they were assigned by this country. They have no choice but to perform that mission. Never before has this happened and to allow our people to be killed by a 3rd country who does not even take part now in AFG to sponsor it is beyond belief.

Trump has done nothing since getting this report so Trump by his actions so far shows he is not bothered by our people being killed for money from a 3rd party not involved now in AFG. To think there might be people in the USA who would support the killing of our military this way is beyond belief.

There is a message in all of this, and it pertains to the far right who support everything Trump does, and the far left who does also but does not talk about it much.

I have said for along time now the far right and far left are really one in the same in their approach. We have Trump today because the two came together to support him using different paths to cover their own real reasons.

You can disagree with the mission and you then work to change the mission you do not support the killing of our military carrying out the mission they were assigned and that is what this is about.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Notice how we have conflicting stories here.
Forbes: "Citing U.S. officials briefed on the intelligence, the Times reports that Russia last year offered and paid money to Taliban militants for killing coalition forces in Afghanistan, noting that 20 U.S. soldiers were killed in Afghanistan in 2019, though it's not clear which were linked to the bounties.
The Guardian: "It is not clear if bounties were ever paid out for successfully killing American soldiers. The White House denied that either Trump or the vice-president, Mike Pence, were briefed on such a matter."
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/jun/27/russia-offered-bounties-afghanistan-militants-killin...
USA Today: The Taliban have denied the report.
“The United States receives thousands of intelligence reports a day, and they are subject to strict scrutiny,” White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said in a statement.
While the White House does not routinely comment on intelligence or internal deliberations, “the CIA Director, National Security Advisor, and the Chief of Staff can all confirm that neither the President nor the Vice President were briefed on the alleged Russian bounty intelligence," McEnany said.
McEnany said her statement “does not speak to the merit of the alleged intelligence but to the inaccuracy of the New York Times story erroneously suggesting that President Trump was briefed on this matter.”
BBC: "Afghanistan war: Russia denies paying militants to kill US troops".
In a series of Twitter posts, the Russian embassy in the US accused the paper of promoting fake news:
"Stop producing fakenews that provoke life threats, @nytimes."
"Baseless and anonymous accusations published by @nytimes of Moscow as mastermind behind killing of U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan have already led to direct threats to the life of employees of the Russian Embassies in Washington D.C. and London."
The unnamed officials cited by the New York Times said US intelligence agencies had concluded months ago that a unit of Russia's GRU military intelligence agency had sought to destabilise its adversaries by covertly offering bounties for successful attacks on coalition forces.
Islamist militants, or armed criminal elements closely associated with them, were believed to have collected some money, the newspaper said.
The US armed and financed the mujahideen (jihadists) against the Russians from 1979 to 1989. Russia has probably been doing this for years and likely will continue to years after Trump is gone....unless someone brings our troops home.
A false equivalency.
The Russians didn't worship and praise American presidents while America supplied weapons against the Russian military.
Trump worships and praises Putin while Russians not only supply weapons against American soldiers but also place a bounty on American soldiers.
And trump was briefed by our Intelligence agencies how many months ago? And trump knew!
When are we going to be seriously asking, why does trump support putin in the way that he does, not as an equal, but more like a submissive slave. What is putin holding over trump’s head, or what does trump owe putin?
Some have been asking this for at least 3 years. It’s that evident.
Also, look at trump’s withdrawal of troops from Germany...and who wanted that...putin.
williamb: And trump was briefed by our Intelligence agencies how many months ago? And trump knew!
He was briefed in March. His response was to look the other way while pulling troops from Germany and trying to get Putin back in the G-7. He's a traitor, plain and simple.
