Tx,  Tx  he blew it.  he doesn't know that it was Eisenhower who actually armaed and had the CIA  trained the Cubnas for what it woudl be the invasion.  he blew it.

Yes it was an idea hatched by the Eisenhower administration, but inherited by JFK.  It was doomed from the start, mostly because it was assumed that the Cuban people would arise and support the invasion, and further the plans was an open secret with the Cuban intelligence fully aware.

In any event, I don't believe this is the topic of the thread.

And as far as the Cubans, they were effectively granted amnesty the minute they stepped foot on American soil.  Whatever you want to call it.  And they came here lawfully unlike these illegals who are trying to slip by our Border Patrol.

The term used was "wet foot, dry foot" and was the result of the guilt of the Kennedy boys over abandoning the people we sent to the Bay of Pigs having promised but not delivered air cover.

Those are not Republicans they are Trump followers, they are demonstrating that they have no stones. they are an embarrassment to the Republican Party. please do not refer to them by any other name than Trump Followers. Because that is what they are.

Wouldn't you say that it is also those Republicans who supported him, and probably voted for him: those who are now attempting to distance themselves from voting?

Of course no one  at that time compare detention in Hong Kong to the Holocaust there was no reason to do so.

And there is no reason to compare detention by ICE to the Holocaust either.
