Just a thought - when talking about a former Senator and AG isn't "Elmer Fudd" just a wee bit childish?

As I pointed out to you earlier, I confused the name Elmer Fudd with the actual name Trump uses in referring to the former Senator and, now, former AG which is actually "Mr. Magoo".  Am I to understand you consider Trump's name of Mr. Magoo to be much, much more dignified than my incorrect memory of his calling Sessions Elmer Fudd or do you feel Trump's use of this name is the "wee bit childish" part you mention?

Just a thought - wasn't trump using the same gestures as the handicapped person to mock him with "a wee bit childish"?

But the firing of Jeff Sessions and the potential "meddling" in the Mueller investigation will probably be the dog that bites him in the behind down the line and hopefully sooner than later.

The President of the United States has a large job to do. He has to have the assistance of dependable staffers. Selections are made (and unmade when necessary) based on that - not dependent on Party, ideology, or whether or not you like him.

To trump ...... "dependable staffers" means those who agree with everything he says or wants to do and will help him do it ......... legal or not.  If his  new "dependable staffer" helps him obstruct justice in any way, he and trump will both go down.  Trump interfering with the Mueller investigations and/or firing Mueller would be obstruction of justice - - - whether or not "you like him".

No , Session's did the morally and ethically proper thing to do in regards to Russia. Some people will never get it or just don't want to get it.

No, a President should have a full AG. If Sessions was going to be a "part-timer" he should have made that known in advance. Remember, Eric holder declared himself to be Obama's "wingman". President Trump deserves no less.

Dependable staff?  Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. The following is a list of the Trump dependable staff who have been indicted or are under ethics investigations.  Quite the list just by size, don't you think? Are you suggesting that the GOP/Trump selections were made based on their affinity for corruption?

  • George Papadopoulos,
  • Paul Manafort,
  • Rick Gates
  • Michael Cohen
  • Michael Flynn
  • Scott Pruitt
  • Ryan Zinke
  • Steve Mnuchin
  • Rick Perry
  • Ben Carson
  • Wilbur Ross
  • Tom Price
  • David Shulkin
  • Sam Patten
  • Richard Pinedo:
  • Alex van der Zwaan
  • Konstantin Kilimnik

Yes, Mueller's fishing net has grabbed quite a few fish in his effort to "get Trump by any means necessary". Has anyone yet been found guilty of anything relating to the campaign and "Russian collusion"?

As to staffers, what position did Alex van der Zwaan hold?

If memory serves, Muelers charter says that when complete, he is to turn his report over to the AG, and if the AG does not pursue a criminal investigation, the report is to be made public.

So with another Trumpette as AG, he COULD claim to continue the investigation, but refocus it on Hillary and NOT release Muellers findings. Seems sufficiently sleazy to appeal to lil donny.

On the other hand, if the final (however it was terminated) report were to be leaked to the new House Intelligence Committee.....

I'm thinking Der Trumper is going to request the current House approve an increase to his procurement budget to get all the paper shredders he'll need for a rapid disposal of the documents that will incriminate him and his entire Traitorous family.
