Have I ever engaged in intense interrogation like some here is doing about my political preferences?  Everyone here included you have posted bits of information that put together says a lot about a person.  I do have a good memory still even at my age.

Are we not getting personal again?

Since I have limited mobilty because of being handicapped how would you expect me to have attended distant Bernie meetups? I believe I've mentioned that before.

But as far as supporting Bernie, I still am supporting his political philosophy through a dedicated discussion site just for that.  But its amazing about the incorrect insight of many on this forum.  I'm accused of supporting Trump and now you are telling me why I supported Bernie.  But you might notice that I still would support him instead of Hillary...might even give him a write-in vote.

You apparently don't have much use for the principles Bernie stands for, and you certainly have no use for his judgment.

So are you keeping tabs on everyone and who they are posting in support of?   Something like Santa Claus keeping a list of whether they are naughty or nice.   Sounds like it Cat.   When you do, you need to make sure your facts are correct and quit spreading false information.

Would you like me to 'cc' you of who I post about to save you a lot of trouble.  But then again, what's it to you who I post about or who I support, etc?  It's not against the TOS to post about public figures...or not post about them.

Have a nice evening Cat.

Bernie is not so much supporting Hillary, but the essence of his campaign for change.  His supporters think his efforts are missplaced.

I am a Bernie supporter, know many others who are, and they now support Hillary.  What you stated about "his efforts are misplaced" is just your opinion. IMO, Bernie supporters who have now switched to Hillary are making a much more rational decision that those who switched to Trump or another candidate that cannot possibly win. The Democratic platform is closer to Bernie's than any other in the race.

----------------

I have questioned your support for Bernie all along mostly your sincerity especially when you stated you were for Bernie, yet in the same breath saying you would vote for Hillary if he lost.  That should have been an indication that you were supporting her all along.

And not all of Bernie's supporters are now supporting Hillary.

I am doing exactly what I said that I would do. Nothing "indicates" that I wasn't supporting Bernie. Bernie didn't win the nomination and I am now supporting Hillary, that doesn't mean that I wasn't supporting Bernie. How many Bernie rallies did you attend Tx? I attended over  8 of them and participated in on line phone canvassing. I also spoke at 4 or five rallies for young voters. I am now doing what Bernie is suggesting and urging his supporters to do, I am supporting Hillary now.

It sure seems that you are the one who I should have had questions about when you were saying that you were a Bernie supporter. Your actions "indicate" that you  supported Bernie only because you were against Hillary.

Then why do you keep bringing up about who I support or plan to vote for?  As far as taking every post personal, it is you who keeps making them personal by asking who I support, what I have said, etc.  And for the latter, I haven't said I supported Trump or anyone, it is you and everyone that says I do.  Maybe everyone knows something I don't?

And on the topic of posts being personal, you keep interrogating me about who I support, my posts about Bernie, etc.  Don't blame me, blame yourself.

And Bernie is no longer a candidate for President, so why should I post anything about him.  But yes, there is a site that discusses his political philosophy that I discuss him on, but not here.

You belie your post that you are not fascinated by the topic of TxGrandpa because you are the one continually posting about him, not me.  Why do you keep going off topic to post about that?

And yet, every bookmaker had Hillary at 68% to win before the debate and 74% to win after the debate. Always look to the people who have money on the race to be the better deciders.

TxGrandpa, you make every post personal, don't you? You just love to get into arguments. First you baited Chasky by claiming that you doubted he was ever a Bernie supporter. When I said the same could be said about you, suddenly it's an attack. I guess it's only fair if you do it, right?

My only clue as to your beliefs is what you post. You post constant defenses of Donald Trump. You post nothing about Bernie Sanders.

Once again, I don't care who you vote for, or even whether you vote. You are fascinated by the topic of TxGrandpa--I'm not.

Sabato said the conclusion about Monday night's debate was an easy one to make, noting that he has watched every single presidential debate since they started in 1960.

"This was the most one-sided debate ever. It doesn't even come close." He believes Clinton's win doesn't come down to any one particular moment. Instead, Trump's reaction throughout the debate was the key.

"A large majority of Americans do not believe that Donald Trump has the temperament to be president. All you had to do is watch 10 or 15 minutes, any 10 or 15 minutes of this debate and Donald Trump answered that question. But not in the way he had hoped to," he pointed out.

While Clinton will probably only pick up a point or two in the polls, it will help her break the tie in any of the swing states where she has fallen "dangerously," Sabato said.

However, it's still a long way to Election Day, with two more presidential debates on the horizon, he noted."I wouldn't be shocked if whatever Hillary Clinton gains she loses in time if she can't sustain this in the next two presidential debates."

So are you trolling rightwing conspiracy sites now, Gordy? Is that where you get your graphics? You seem as fact-challenged as Trump. The viewing audience concluded that Clinton won according to the only two polls done by contacting viewers. The CNN/ORC poll found that 62 percent of debate watchers thought Clinton won and 27 percent thought Trump won. The PPP poll found that 51 percent thought Clinton won and 40 percent thought Trump won. Online polls are usually flooded with supporters who vote multiple times, which is why some tend to support Trump right now. That's why they're useless as a gauge of public opinion. So where does this hatred of yours come from, Gordy? Are you one of those on the extreme left who believe that if we get a disastrous rightwing president like Trump, voters will suddenly be ready for a socialist? Because that's never going to happen, Gordy. That's the same irrational belief the head of the German Communist Party had when he refused to unite with the Democratic Socialist Party in opposition to Hitler. He thought that if Hitler made a mess of things, his party had a chance.
