Lois Lerner took the fifth before the Congress.

Hillary's IT guy did it one better. He took the fifth over 100 times in civil court and then ignored a subpoena to appear before the Congress.

Well Trump did one better. He is Mobster. He ran all his business as a mob boss does, and now his own JD just told us if he was not President he would be indited for a felony and join Cohen in Orange. He runs the govt. as a mob boss now.

"Well.....well....yeah but your guy's a mobster ....... everybody knows that".

Are we in the schoolyard??

Schoolyards are something the far right saw little of. Answer why his own JD told us he is a crook and should have been tried along with Cohen, and join Cohen in Orange.

Sure seems tha trump may want to take the 5th...when he lies all of the time, speaks out of both sides of his mouth, can’t remember what lie he told yesterday, what lie to use today, or what lie he will tell tomorrow.

It’s often said that if you tell the truth, you don’t have to remember what you said.

trump has done a 180 with that: if you tell lies, you don’t have to remember what you said!

Never Forget

Yep, Stone 'pleaded the fifth".  Interestingly, Hillary didn't.

Well, like trump said, "if you're innocent, why do you take the Fifth Amendment?"

Because you might answer questions one way and then several days later, use different wording which is construed to be lying (which could mean jail time).  Taking the 5th means you say nothing, don't get accused of lying, and don't go to jail.  Ask Flynn about this.

trump better take the fifth because he would suely lie....

Yeah and we all know it's seems like it's mostly MOBSTERS & Presidents & Actors in Movies who can never remember what they said yesterday

Somehow the rest of us just go about out lives - answering questions truthfully the first time the same way every time & never find a need to take the Fifth
