Trump Supporters - Please Explain This Comment Made By Kushner, The New COVID-19 Czar

Jared Kushner, White House adviser and son-in-law to President Donald Trump, declared on Thursday that the stockpiles of much-needed supplies governors were requesting to help with the coronavirus pandemic weren’t actually meant for the states.
“The notion of the federal stockpile was it’s supposed to be our stockpile,” Kushner said. “It’s not supposed to be states’ stockpiles that they then use.”

No T RUMP supporter will answer to the COVID-19 CZAR's comment.   Kushner knows how to lie as well as T RUMP. does.

Wait a minute! we do have a Federal Stockpile? But, for weeks, Trump has been saying this:

"During a White House coronavirus briefing on March 26, in which Trump mentioned a number of respirators, face shields, and ventilators that had been so far distributed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the president said, "We took over an empty shelf. We took over a very depleted place in a lot of ways." When a reporter asked him about that claim during another briefing the following day, Trump again said he inherited an "empty shell." And he continued to use that inaccurate description on March 30 during an interview with the hosts of 'Fox and Friends.' "We started off with an empty shell. We didn't have much in terms of medical products." (Factcheck.org)

Afisher, the content of the link is much too long for many trump supporters to follow.  They deny, distract, and try to discredit others. Jared said what he said and they just don't want to accept it. he has no credentials qualifying him for any position that tRump has put him in. It's really that simple. The same thing goes for tRump's daughter.

THE BELOW IS THE RIGHT PERSPECTIVE ABOUT THE STOCKPILE OF GARBAGE YOU PRESENTED AND OUT OF CONTEXT. ALL IN THE VEIN TO PAINT HIM BAD.

"Kushner also put the burden on states to request the amount of supplies they need from the national stockpile, asserting that some state officials don’t know what they need.

“Some governors you speak to or senators, and they don't know what's in their state,” Kushner said when asked by a reporter what it takes for a state to receive ventilators from the national stockpile. “You have to take inventory in your own state and you have to show that there’s a real need.”"

THE ABOVE ACCORDING TO THE HILL, WITH THE LINK BELOW.

Kushner said what he said. The governors are saying they have little to nothing left and need PPE from the federal government. So is Kushner basically saying they're lying? I take it you didn't watch Trump's response to the reporter's question about Kushner's comments.

“The notion of the federal stockpile was it’s supposed to be our stockpile,”

Our stockplie means the people that control it, namely Trump INC.

Trump said it himself.

President Donald Trump says he’s willing to help blue-state governors who are struggling to contain coronavirus outbreaks — but only if they’re willing to stop criticizing him in exchange.

“It’s a two-way street,” Trump told Fox News on Tuesday. “They have to treat us well, also. They can’t say, ‘Oh, gee, we should get this, we should get that.’”

gruffstuff:

“It’s a two-way street,” Trump told Fox News on Tuesday. “They have to treat us well, also. They can’t say, ‘Oh, gee, we should get this, we should get that.’”

Translation: either smooch his backside, or governors that don't won't get what they need. In other words, it doesn't bother Trump at all that more citizens in those states will needlessly die because of him. Monster.

And his tadpoles cheer because for 50 years Fox has told them this is how Politics is done. The GOPerLords also told them it was all because of Democrats who support "equal rights" that gave all the promotions the Toadettes would have gotten if Government hadn't forced the boss to give the job to a woman, minority or Chinaman when it got outsourced.

Fortunately tRump finally spoke a truth - he said he opposed vote by mail because if that increase in voters happened, no Republican would ever win an election!!

They are a definate MINORITY according to voter registration, SO EVERYBODY GET OUT AND VOTE IN NOVEMBER!

This virus will very likely be back soon and we do not need another Psychopathic Moron in the White House and his Sychophants in the Congress and Governors offices.

jared just took the lead in the "idiot comment of the month" contest. This one may be tough to top, but I'm sure that trump or someone in his administration will try to take the lead back again.
We are suppose to be the best Country in the World, and this is the best that We have to lead us!...no wonder that We have our current virus / economic crisis.

Where are the tests and medical supplies?

My retired Marine Colonel friend said that when he first became a lieutenant, he was told that leadership is service.   And service isn't about being appreciated.   Lead well and appreciation follows.  Wise words that the President should heed.

Your kind of misplaced wisdom would have asked for the link and direct quote of Jared Kushner. Not contraptions and conjectures of corrupt suspect brains.

THEREFORE, MR. "WISE-MAN", HOW DO WE DESCRIBE YOUR OWN TYPE OF WISDOM, IF YOU HAVE ANY?.

"This is mine and you can't have any.  Get your own."

"Maybe I will share, but only if you say 'pretty please with a cherry on top'."

I am so over this bratty childish behavior in the WH.

VERY WRONG. HE WAS PUT IN CHARGE OF LOGISTICS COUPLE OF WEEKS BEFORE THE BRIEFING.

When all the wailing crying failed governors under the banner of the evil liberal left never ceased complaining. Meanwhile they had the time in the world, before the pandemic to take good care of their hospitals. One of the essential functions of their office. They never did.

I know you are a keen writer, WHO JUST FAILED AT THE MOMENT IT MATTERED. Your sense of judgement should have asked for the link and direct quote from Jared Kushner. Not conjectures and contraptions from corrupt brains.

I saw this last night.........what the ever loving heck is that statement supposed to mean? Maybe someone should tell Jared that those stockpiles were purchased by taxpayers to be used by Americans citizens in times of need. What does he think they are for if not for use in a crisis?
