So who was trump referring to as being fine people on both sides?

Remember that we had video/audio of the kkk and nazi white nationalists and their chants, and marches. Which side were they on?

Have they now just disappeared, or have they all had a change of mind and recanted their racist and bigoted views?

So on both sides of the statue discussion. The people with the bats and masks were not part of that discussion, they merely used it as an excuse to find a big fight and they did.

What "discussion"?  The Alt-Right filed for a permit under false pretenses....they didn't protest the statue.....not one KKK Member, Nazi or Alt-right member had a sign, or chanted, anything about the statute.  Just like trump, his base distorts the facts to protected their biased and bigoted views.

I had not heard that. Do you have substantiation as to the false pretenses or the involvement of the alt-right?  Too, too funny.  That might suggest you didn't read the responses to your posts blaming the counter-protesters for "not having a permit", which they didn't need.

You are right about the people that the President was not referring to. They were not involved with the statue issue No one was as trump and you both falsely claimed.

Now, what "discussion" were you referring to?

Still, no explanation of what trump said.

And now we are suppose to consider lee as a “national leader” when he killed how many tens of thousands of Americans?

No thank you. I do not pay honor to terrorists who are also racists, and kill other Americans.

Not sure that even classified as a nice try. Explained absolutely nothing as to what trump said.

Yet now it’s being interjected, that there was the support being shown for the terrorist general lee, who killed how many Americans?

Now it sounds like support for terrorism!

It has everything to do with what he said and who he said it about.

I have never heard General Lee referred to that way. But in our modern world where our former national leaders are attacked for various and sundry reasons it is par for the course.

Next time?  LMAO....  You falsely claimed they had in the past.  Another "nothing burger".

Like trump, his base makes false statements that they can NEVER back up.  Very Cult like!

Never!  Then I'd be complicit with the right-wing fascist and white supremacist agenda.  But thanks for the advice.
