@NOTHAPPENING

You would prefer to take kids from parents, then jail them. Let a few hundred die from lack of support in Puerto Rico. Or support the actions of the nazis or kkk.

Those pussyhats were pretty violent weren’t they? Or the protesters in the Congressional building were a violent bunch weren’t they?

Facts? Are these “violent” acts that you are referencing, or presenting as being violent? If so, how many people were seriously injured or died?

Or are the only casualties the trump repubs who have gotten their egos bruised because we don’t believe their lies or total lack of compassion.

Does the left want to risk someone getting killed? If so, they should keep up the antics.

One thing we have learned from the Republicans is that civility does not work with them.

  • Football players keel in silent protest of the plight of many blacks in America today. Republicans change the narrative to accuse them of disrespecting the flag.
  • They were using the symbols of our nation for activist purposes. Note - there was no mob violence. The Republicans "said".
  • Democratic Senators play by the rules while Mitch McConnel blocks hundreds of judicial appointments, including the SCOTUS, until they finally get a Republican president.
  • He played by the Harry Reid rules. Note - there wss no mob violence. The Republicans used established Senate procedures.
  • Trump nominates an accused rapist and micro manages the FBI investigation. Women from all other the nation arrive to protest and the Republicans refer to them as "a mob".
  • Yes, the acted as a mob and the blocked the movement of pols and harassed them in their office building. And they disrupted the actions of the Senate. Note - they were not met with violence. The Republicans "referred".

The obvious lesson is to treat your opponents as they treat you.  If I were a Republican Senator, I would not be planning a quiet meal in any public restaurants for a while.

Why should one not be able to have  pleasant meal in a restaurant just because the crybabies of the "Resistance" have still not gotten over their last election loss?

Sounds like you are on board the Waters train of harassment. How about the antifa train - you on that too?

You didn't offer any actual facts, all you did was list the imaginary boogeymen Fox scares you with.

In response to gruff's four point solution to the incivility I listed the violence we have dealt with and pointed out that his solutions seemed to involve undoing the Constitution.

All you had to contribute was your silly card and now Fox.

Conservatives love being victims, it's in their DNA.

When it comes to conservatives, I think they have all of the boxes checked.  That way they cover all the bases and have more than enough blame to go around.

Another inability to deal with the truth offered.

Another instance of pettiness as an alternative to logic.

When are you going to offer that truth? I haven’t seen it yet.

Can you dispute anything in my original post?
