trump is not interested in immigration reform, and it is not reform in the first place. He wants to limit immigrants, and is holding any decent legislation hostage to build his wall, and he has done so well with separating families and mistreating kids (not impressed). That’s not reform, he only wants the wall as an ineffective monument to his delusional self greatness.

This is all similar to his “tax reform”...

which was not reform as he promised to help workers. Instead, it was a big tax for the wealthy.

So much for promises.

There's a lot of misinformation floating around including what you wrote.  I can't find one single thing in it that is true.

But sticking to immigration, below is a reference to an NPR article about what Trump has asked for in immigration reform including the one-page wish-list he sent to congress.  Can you tell me what Democrats want and why it's better than the specific items in Trump's wishlist?

You are actually correct. One should be able able to keep some of their money without the government redistributing it. That was exactly what happened during the tax cut, money was taken from the middle class and given to the wealthy.

It is my understanding that all tax payers got a tax cut. Do you know otherwise? None tax payers did not have their taxes increased.

Since we are discussing the importance of valid voting a, "bigoted snowflake" comment does seem a bit off-topic and hateful.

I think keeping you from voting because you don't have the correct ID would be defined as the ultimate in "lessening the vote of another".  Or does it not count if you are poor?

The purpose of voter ID is to insure that only those eligible to vote get to do it. "Poor" is not a factor - ID is.

Election Voters Economy.png

However, by a whopping 25-point margin, voters say they’re more likely to back a congressional candidate who promises to serve as a check on President Donald Trump, according to a new national poll from NBC News and the Wall Street Journal.
And by a similar margin, they say they’re less likely to vote for someone who has supported the president on most issues.
At the same time, six-in-10 are satisfied with the U.S. economy, and a plurality of voters give Trump credit for the economic improvement.

Despite that economic optimism, however, the poll shows that Democrats enjoy a 10-point advantage on congressional preference, with 50 percent of registered voters wanting a Democratic-controlled Congress, versus 40 percent who want a GOP-controlled one.

It is clearly articulated on a regular basis by President Trump.

Well I'm in big trouble.  My voter ID doesn't have my picture on it so now I can't buy any more groceries.  Sad.

Don't try to use it to get into a DNC event.

You don't have a constitutional right to get into a DNC event either.  BUT, you do  have a constitutional right to vote.  And look, even a bigoted snowflake can run for office.

O.K. Dem, let's examine your program.

The tax cuts went to tax payers - does that bother you?

Socialize medicine - O.K. if you think that would work.

If you want to remove our national borders - we can talk about it. However, that will not give you your blue wave.

If you chose to kill babies - good luck with that one.

If you support a photo-op by millionaires rather than serious effort to assist people better their lives - good luck with that one.

The corruption of a few members of the FBI it totally unrelated to the cyber warfare that has been ongoing for a long time.

Blue trickle - at best.
