As usual. nothing but a lot of spin, innuendo, half-truths, lies and name calling in a WEAK attempt to cover up the FACT that the left has NOTHING to offer voters.

BTW - thanks for proving my case - ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha (that was one more than you because I'm OBVIOUSLY having the last laugh.)

Ridding the Country of the Scourge of Trump and Company will not only be a Gift that keeps on giving - if will be the Greatest Act of Patriotism any Cycle of American Voters has ever Contributed to the their Country..........................

Great platform.

Trump says he wants lower taxes, border secuity, infrastructure rebuilding, immigration reform, fair trade agreements, etc, etc, and the best the left can do is "let's get rid of him." Of course, since they're against all those thing, I understand.  They just can't get elected on a do-nothing, get-rid-of him platform.

So you want to predict by polls?  Expect the same outcome as you saw in 2016.  The problem with the polls is that they are national and our elections are not.  Even a presidential election is state-based due to the electorial college.  The only polls that have a chance of being accurate would have to be done at the state level or below.

For example, in 2018 there are 33 senate seats up for election, only 8 of which are currently held by Republicans.  Analysts claim there are five Republican seats up for grabs and eight Democrtat seats.  The rest are considered safe. If you look at where the the battleground seats are and who holds them, it seems more likely that Republicans will add seats.  For example, Arizona and Texas are considered battleground states.  Does anyone REALLY believe a Democrat could be elected in either of those states?

Another weak attempt to cover up the facts.

1.  YOU represented it as the dems platform when you referenced it.

2.  If it is from 2016 and is NOT going to be updated until 2020, what are the dems running on in 2018?  All I've seen is the socialist platform.  Is that the dems platform?  That's the point I made and you responded to with the 2016 platform.

If it was the platform in 2016, an isnt changed until 2020, then it is indeed the party platform. You ontradict your own statements in one post.

If its such a waste of time, leave.

If you think the LOSING 2016 platform should be used to lose again, good for you.

And so it ends.

I looked through a few pages to see if I could find something interesting and it struck me that all the titles from the left were basically the same.  Below is a sample.  They all attack Trump and I could not find one single thread that said anything about what the left has to offer voters.  In fact, the ONLY thing I've seen recently from the left that actually says why someone should vote for them came Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who wants to "abolish ICE, have Medicare for all, a federal jobs guarantee and housing as a human right."  A losing platform for sure.  As Margaret Thatcher once said, "The trouble with Socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money."  Even if taxes could be raised enough to pay for everything socialists want, as soon as  happens the wealthy will take their money out of the country and the country will be worse off with no way to recover.  Of course, little Alexandria is quite young and has a lot to learn.  As the old saying goes, "If you're not a liberal when you're 25, you have no heart.  If you’re not a conservative by the time you’re 35, you have no brain."

So what do you do when you have no platform and nothing to offer voters?  Apparently the answer is attack Trump personally in hopes no one sees through the nonsense or care about actual results.  Surprise!  People are smarter than liberals think they are.

This is Hillarious - here we have a person who voted for a Guy - who offered nothing during his Campaign other then pointing out all the things that were wrong with the United States and all the other Countries around the World - what was wrong with all 12 Republicans that ran against him and of course how all Hillary Clinton would do was create Chaos and Corruption and tie the Presidency up in endless litigation becuase she was so Corrput -

Heh heh............just look around

Here are all the things Trump has Broken or made worse but not Fixed or made better

1. One of Donald Trump’s most well-received and attention-grabbing campaign promises was that he would allow the federal government to negotiate the price of prescription drugs it covers through Medicare.

“If we negotiated the price of drugs, Joe, we’d save $300 billion a year,” he rather optimistically asserted. The reason this money-saving method had not been used, he told audiences, was the influence of the industry. “We don’t do it. Why? Because of the drug companies.”

1A - Trump has already announced his Medicare prescription drug plan and Robert Pear reports it will not include the promised negotiations............................

2. Trump vowed all through the Campaign and during the earliest part of his Administration “the biggest and boldest infrastructure investment in American history,” - in fact he has thrown around - $1.5 trillion in new spending on infrastructure..................repeatedly

2A. Trump announced in May there would be no Infrastruture Bill - in fact To Date - The GOP controlled Congress has approved 1% of their budget for infrastructure

3. There will be no Infrastructure Bill because one of the few promises Trump has kept - was to give the Already Rich and Poltically Powerful and financial windfall in the form of a Regressive Tax Cut that has added so much to the US DEBT it again cripples us

4. Another Trump promise was to pull out of Nafta and to negotiate a much better deal as one of his first acts as president — “I don’t mean just a little bit better, I mean a lot better.”

4A No new Trade Deal - but we have seen the most crippling Trade War in US History that is crippling US Agriculture so much so that Trump just announced he's going to use 12 Billion in US Tax Payers money to BAIL OUT the US Farmers - something even the Farmers don't want - the want to sell products not accept Welfare

5. Trump was going to completely revolutionize US Healthcare - “Everybody’s gotta be covered. This is an un-Republican thing for me to say … I am going to take care of everybody, I don’t care if it costs me votes or not. Everybody’s going to be taken care of, much better than they’re taken care of now … The government’s going to pay for it.”

5A. All he's done so far is cripple Obamacare he hasn;t even been able to kill it which was another one of his Big Promises

6. Trump promised to enact reforms to reduce the power of lobbyists and business. He specifically endorsed:

• A constitutional amendment imposing term limits on members of Congress
• A ban on federal employees lobbying the government for five years
• A ban on members of Congress lobbying for five years
• Tighter rules about what constitutes a lobbyist, instead of letting people call themselves consultants
• Campaign finance reform limiting what foreign companies can raise for American political candidates
• A ban on senior government officials lobbying for foreign governments

6A. Trump has not merely forgotten these promises, his administration has embraced Washington sleaze with unprecedented gusto. Not only has he failed to prevent former administration officials from lobbying for foreign governments, he has had current administration officials lobbying for foreign governments. There has never been an American presidency so easily manipulated by domestic and foreign business interests. The most benign explanation for Michael Cohen’s secret payments to his hastily constructed Delaware shell company is that he was a conduit for business interests to buy their way into Trump’s good graces.

7. And the of course lets not forget the Promise to Fix Immigration - by building a wall that Mexico was going to pay for - ha ha ha ha

7A - All he accomplished there was - attacking Woman & Children with his SS Squads

So yeah I guess when you were enticed to vote for a Carnival Barker - someone who made Promise after Promise that every reasonable person including most Conservatives like the Koch Brothers knew was not ever going to be accomplished or if they were it would be real bad for the Country

Well of course now that the next Election Cycle is upon us - all you're looking for is the next batch of Campaign Promises from whomever sounds like they're offering the The Greatest Biggest Best of Everything that the World has ever seen

I can't speak for Democrats - Liberals - Progressives etc because I'm not one of those................. but.................................because every Single One of the Titles of all the Threads you listed above was started by me - I can speak for most of the American Patriots in this Country

What we are offering is too list all the

Treasonous Crimes Trump has commited agaisnt this Country

AND

All the Blatant Lies Trump has told the American People

AND

Make sure as many Voters as possible know these Truths

Bottomline - the only Promise that needs to be made by any Candidate running for the US Congress is that they will acknowledge all the Crimes & Lies by Trump and they will insure - that if Elected - they will conduct a Impeachment Trial in the US House the likes of which few throughout the History have ever witnessed and then Convict and Impose Sentences in the US Senate the likes of which few throughout History have ever suffered
