I can't read that - the Post wants me to pay a dollar (O.K. so I'm cheap). But the bottom line is that when it comes to political contributions there is no question but the the Kochs are active. Sure but that's only a small segment of Koch-related political influence.  You can get a better idea by doing a general "Koch" search at OpenSecrets.  Reading about their methodology & what they can not measure is edifying too.  Or just do a Google to come up with "maps" like this along with related articles:
