Here you go Tex. The same stories about trumps destroyed E mails was reported by NBC News, USA Today, Newsweek etc , not just daily kos. You do hold Clinton to a much higher standard than Trump on all counts, much like the Far Right has done to Obama.

--------

Articles by someone who has been associated with Democrats and was Mondale's speechwriter?  And have you looked at the dates of what you are talking about?  Try looking for "Trump Companies 'Systematically' Destroyed or Hid Thousands of Emails".

You'll come up with something like this:  http://www.newsweek.com/2016/11/11/donald-trump-companies-destroyed-emails-documents-515120.html

That refers to something that happened back in 1973.   And that incident included his father and their company.

Of course you're just attempting to dig up all the dirt you can to divert from Hillary's possibly compromising the national securty by her carelessness in handling her emails.  What else was Hillary careless about?

And of course this comes up when Comey found thousands of emails on Weiner's laptop...  and no doubt a last ditch effort to put lipstick on Hillary.  Even using dirt written by a Democrat supporter.

Of course if Hillary is elected, it will be a repeat of the Nixon administration since she would come into the office under a crowd and it would be continuous contention.

Trump Companies 'Systematically' Destroyed or Hid Thousands of Emails and Records: Report
Donald Trump's companies may have "systematically" destroyed or concealed thousands of emails and other records during court proceedings, a Newsweek investigation published Monday found.
Speaking on MSNBC's "Hardball," the report's author, Kurt Eichenwald, said that in case after case, Trump's response to court orders demanding such documents was simple.
"They say, 'Oh, we deleted them,'" Eichenwald said. "'They're gone.'"

You use a phrase here ..................... So far all  "could haves" and "possibilities" have found nothing. So much for Right Wing speculations.

Haven't you been speculating in a Trump administration

Just because he was not a government employee doesn't mean that he wouldn't do it as a President, now does it? He did it in spite of court orders.

Bush and Cheney destroyed or deleted over 22 million emails, Trump is more than capable of that himself.

-------

You seen a copy of the court order or can you provide a reference of where one could find it?

I note you are stuck back in the Bush/Cheney administration.  We were discussing that over a decade ago, now it's 2016.

Was Trump a government employee handling classifed material?  And mishandling official government correspondence?

Perhaps in the interests of transparency, it should be said that Eichenwald was a speechwriter for Walter F Mondale.  Might have some bearing on his articles.

Kurt Eichenwald wrote speeches for Walter F. Mondaleduring the 1984 Presidential campaign.

P.S.  Thanks for the suggestion to do my own research..  I believe that checking out the authors is best.

I believe RK has answered that for you....where has the legal action been?  Hardly anything about any of this in the mainstream media.  This would sell during the campaign.  So strange it pops up when something is said about Hillary..  That's what I'm interested in.

Also able to use logic to question why the many accusations from women directed at Trump, and waiting until close to elections; the release of a video from a decade ago, and now something about him destroying emails.

Sort of strange given that this has been a problem with Hillary.  Wouldn't be some sort of smear campaign would it?  Hillary's 'problems' has been long going, and remember there was a question about Bill's past being brought up.  Really strange all of this being thrown around.

But of course like another poster, don't rain on your parade by questioning your posts and innuendo.
