TRUMP STUCK BETWEEN BANK FRAUD AND TAX EVASION

Deutsche Bank Turns Over Trump’s Financial Records to NY District Attorney, Report Says

The bank complied with the subpoena, turning over records including financial statements Trump gave the bank when he was borrowing money, reports the NYTimes

The investigation was launched after Trump's personal attorney, Michael Cohen, told Congress that Trump had a practice of misleading business associates and tax officials about the value of his assets.

When Trump's financial records show that he gave Deutsche Bank an inflated value for his assets (as expected) to borrow more money ... and the IRS a deflated value of his assets (as also expected) to pay less taxes.... will Trump be charged with bank fraud by the NY AG... or evasion of taxes by the IRS .... OR BOTH!!!

Trumps has tangled himself up in his web of deceit.

And when he looses the election, his Russian backers will no longer have any use for him and will likely call in their loans to him. .... And then his house of cards phony empire will tumble into oblivion!

But he will still have a roof over his head .... the penitentiary he will be sentenced to!

The gutless Republicans, co-conspirators with tRump, refused to hold an honorable Senate Impeachment Trial and remove the trump plague from Washington, those actions made made them accomplices to all of his corruption. I truly hope that the courts deal with this corrupt and treasonous family after tRump and all of his Republican accomplices are removed from office this fall BY THE PEOPLE !!!

In a loss for Trump, judge says woman who accused him of rape can proceed with defamation suit

A New York judge handed a loss Thursday to President Trump in the defamation lawsuit brought by a woman who says he raped her years ago, rejecting Trump’s bid to delay the case while an appeals court considered a separate, but similar, matter.

Verna L. Saunders, a New York Supreme Court Justice, wrote that the lawsuit filed by journalist E. Jean Carroll could move forward and need not wait for an appeals court decision in a similar suit brought by former “Apprentice” contestant Summer Zervos, who also alleges Trump sexually assaulted her.

The president has denied both women’s allegations.

Thursday’s ruling means that in the coming weeks and months, Carroll’s legal team can press forward with seeking Trump’s DNA, which they hope to compare to genetic material on the dress she said she wore during the incident, and with trying to interview Trump under oath. Trump can also seek depositions from Carroll and those she says she told about the incident. Saunders scheduled a telephone conference in the case for Sept. 30.

Comment :

I wonder how more cases like this will come forward?   Bank fraud, tax evasion, rape,  probably money laundering for foreign entities,  there was at least one rape accusation against a minor, no statue of limitations on that,  or for sexual assault in many states. These cases might open a avalanche of discovery that just keeps getting bigger.
