It's the view of the DAILY CALLER , folks. That's one of the FEW places you can find this slanted type of material.

Remember, THE DAILY CALLER is the media outlet that:

(1) Denies climate change- Tell that to the victims of the floods, the tornadoes, and heat that presently is afflicting earth.

(2) Printed instructions how to kill a protester with your vehicle during a protest. Tell that to the victim's family of a WHITE SUPREMACIST who later followed those instructions.

(3) Printed multiple articles by WHITE SUPREMACISTS, even the one who planned the deadly Charlottesville fiasco.

A totally debunked resource being used over and over, folks.

I wonder why??????

I support this President that refuses to kick the can down the road like the run of the mill politicians before he came on the scene.  Somebody has to grab the bull by the horns and steer things in the right direction.

Illegal immigration is out of control and something must happen to fix it.  When the Congress refuses to do anything, the President steps up and is willing to fix it.

Yeah, I like that kind of leadership.

TRUMP PLANS TO IMPOSE TARIFF ON MEXICO TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO STOP ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS

As we've known for several years, Trump is mentally unstable. He probably watched Fox yesterday, became outraged over illegal immigration, and and decided to impose new tariffs. He's already threatening a larger tariff againt Mexico.

Financial markets want stability, not unstability. You will see the stock market plummet today because investors have no idea what's coming next.

One thing we know for sure, tariffs and global trade wars are bad policies which almost always end up making things worse. But in Trump World, they cheer everything he does, they will never question or criticize him.

Since our Congress refuses to act on this important issue, our President is showing leadership by addressing the problem.  Thank you President Trump for working to fix this important issue, somebody has to.

Our Congress seems to be failing the people once again.  What are we paying them for?

trump does not seem to be able to lead or to deal with some problems at their root cause. Try helping the Central American countries where the immigrants are coming from, even to having them apply for asylum in their home country and not having it ignored by those that hate people of color...aka trump administration officials.

trump is like the drunk at the neighborhood bar...bitches about all, blames others for being at fault, and does nothing about it or offer realistic solutions.

At least treat people at our border humanely and with respect. Figure out solutions, not cause more problems with

wacko policies!

You know why illegal immigration from Mexico has fallen by 90%? Because its economy has gotten better and people have a better shot at creating a decent life for themselves.

Wreck the Mexican economy and expect a whole bunch more illegal immigrants.

I posted this same topic from an article by a major network news outlet ......... not a far right rag like the Daily caller ......... so it has different outlook intead of the bogus slant that the Caller tries to impose on the news of it.  Here is my comment on the article I posted:

Trump is overstepping his bounds again in a moronic way, as usual.

A very large content of the parts used to build American cars and trucks are manufactured in Mexico. An escalating tariff that will reach 25% will have a massive impact on the price of automobiles in America, those built here in the states, American cars and trucks built elsewhere, and more especially in Mexico.

The American consumer and consumers in other countries will pay for this tariff, Mexico really has nothing to lose. The Moron In Chief is putting the new trade deal between Canada, Mexico and the United States in danger of not being agreed to. In normal times, the Republicans would most likely put a halt to this but they are spineless when it comes to trump's words or actions, they have become the Moronic Party Of Trump.

In regards to the Daily Caller article:

We contributed to the problems in the South American countries that people are fleeing from, trump can't stop it, so he passes the buck to Mexico and expects to bully them into stopping it.  It ain't gonna' work, just as he tried to bully them into paying for his vanity wall.

There seems to be a gross misunderstanding about who pays these tariffs. The American consumer will pay for the bulk of this tax in the price of automobiles and in the price of fruits and vegetables coming from Mexico, it will cost Mexico nothing. If sales drop, it will hurt American and other automobile manufacturers and all Americans because it will cause more lay-offs. trump is putting in jeopardy his supposed new trade agreement with Canada and Mexico.

AND of course "Mulvaney also downplayed the idea that placing a universal tariff on Mexico could threaten the president’s negotiated trade deal with Mexico and Canada". Downplayed is an understatement, it's an out and out lie. Of course the Republicans will go along with it, they are spineless when it comes to trump. trump will not accomplish what he seeks, just like getting Mexico to pay for the wall, they will not pay for this, the American and other consumers will. trump tried bullying Mexico before and it didn't work.

President Donald Trump announced Thursday that he intends to place a tariff on all Mexican goods until the country helps curb illegal immigration to the United States.

“On June 10th, the United States will impose a 5% Tariff on all goods coming into our Country from Mexico, until such time as illegal migrants coming through Mexico, and into our Country, STOP,” Trump wrote. “The Tariff will gradually increase util the Illegal Immigration problem is remedied, at which time Tariffs will be removed.”

The White House followed the president’s tweets with an official presidential statement announcing the decision.

“Should Mexico choose not to cooperate on reducing unlawful migration, the sustained imposition of Tariffs will produce a massive return of jobs back to American cities and towns,” the president stated, arguing that Mexico has passively allowed a mass influx of illegal immigrants continue to the U.S., despite an ability to stop them.

Trump is invoking executive authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to impose the tariffs, following the national emergency declaration he made in February to help gather funding for the southern border wall.

The president has previously accused Mexico of failing to properly enforce immigration laws, thus allowing some of the highest levels of illegal immigration to the U.S. in a decade. This year, he has started booting asylum seekers back to Mexico to wait there while their cases are adjudicated, which has become known as the “Remain in Mexico” policy.

If Mexico fails to adequately curb illegal immigration by the president’s judgment, the 5% tariff will be increased by five percentage points each month, hitting a maximum of 25% in October.

“If Mexico fails to act, Tariffs will remain at the high level, and companies located in Mexico may start moving back to the United States to make their products and goods.  Companies that relocate to the United States will not pay the Tariffs or be affected in any way,” Trump said.

Acting Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Kevin McAleenan told reporters in a briefing call Thursday evening that the administration believes there are tangible things Mexico can do to help deter migrants.

McAleenan identified three specific points: boosting operational border security on Mexico’s border with Guatemala, attacking transnational smuggling operations, and working with the U.S. on asylum laws.

Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney revealed on the call that congressional Republicans were briefed on the plan before it was announced and were largely supportive.

Mulvaney also downplayed the idea that placing a universal tariff on Mexico could threaten the president’s negotiated trade deal with Mexico and Canada, calling the immigration-based tariff “separate” from the USMCA.

Here you see another example of Dictator Trump at work. Congress handles Tariffs not the President. This is just another example of Dictator Trump destroying the USA, as no Dictatorship has ever worked. The new trade agreement could go down the drain. Everyone will be paying more for things. If the Dictator keeps this up all will be paying more in Tariffs than for goods. This is how Dictators pay for their Tax cuts to the rich.
