TRUMP ACCOMPLISHMENTS

You can't expect Trump Cult members to examine the GOP tax bill objectively. They automatically believe everything their idol and hero in the White House tells them. Therefore, they automatially believe this bill is good for America. Unfortunately they do not think nor analyze.

I will personally benefit from the law but it's not good for America.

  • It's approximately a 500 page bill, so much for a flat tax and doing your taxes on a postcard
  • It adds an incredible 1.5 to 2 Trillion dollars to the deficit
  • America's corporation are enjoying record profits and revenue, yet this bill targets them with huge tax benefits. They are the last people in America who need a major tax break.
  • America's rich are doing better than ever, but thanks to this bill, they will do even better. This will increase the class divide in our country.
  • Do middle class people derive some benefits? Yes they do, as mentioned above, I'm one of them. But the benefits are small when compared to the big corporations and the wealthy.
  • One non-partisan analysis claims 83% of the benefits in this bill will go to corporations and the very rich.

With mainstream media and establishment politicians stacked against him from the moment he announced his run for the presidency, Donald J. Trump has been in an ongoing pitched battle to communicate his plans – and his eventual successes – to Americans. Through public rallies and social media, he has managed to bypass the traditional information gatekeepers and has spoken directly to the people.

Yet, Americans are subjected to a relentless drumbeat from the Democratic Party, amplified by virtually the entire establishment press, that Trump is not only undisciplined, unfit for office and possibly racist, but that embarrassingly little has been accomplished by the Trump administration.

And while he has befuddled and disappointed some – with major promises such as Obamacare repeal and a border wall unfulfilled or put on the backburner – the stunning reality is this: Donald Trump has amassed a long and remarkable list of actions and accomplishments that will surprise average Americans, even those who support the president and consider themselves well-informed politically.

Here, then, is an accounting of the truly significant achievements of the first 12 months of the Trump presidency, compiled in conjunction with the Thank Trump Card Campaign, which has a dedicated website, ThankTrump.us. The accomplishments are all the more noteworthy as they have been carried out in an environment of unrelenting negativity on the part of not only the Democrats and almost the entire news media, but the Beltway establishment itself, the entire donor class, the “Deep State,” and even many Republicans wedded to the D.C. “swamp.”

DECEMBER

  1. Tax reform: Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell praised President Trump Dec. 20 for his leadership in the passage of the biggest tax overhaul in 30 years, with some $3.2 trillion in tax cuts along with significant simplification of the tax code.
  2. Regulatory reform: The Trump administration eliminated Obama-era rules requiring that organic poultry have enough room to run around and that organic livestock have year-round access to an outdoor space and comfortable indoor pens. Trump’s Department of Agriculture argued the rules would “hamper market-driven innovation and evolution and impose unnecessary regulatory burdens.”
  3. Climate: President Trump on Dec. 18 removed climate change from the global threats listed in his National Security Strategy, reversing an Obama administration decision. Obama, in the most recent strategy document, declared climate change an “urgent and growing threat to our national security.”
  4. ISIS: Three years ago, ISIS had made substantial progress achieving its stated goal of a caliphate, boasting tens of thousands of fighters and territorial control over an area roughly the size of South Korea. But now, under President Trump’s leadership of U.S. Armed Forces, ISIS has collapsed in its Syria stronghold and in Iraq. As Northeastern Professor Max Abrahms and CATO Institute Director John Glaser note in a Los Angeles Tim..., a former foreign fighter recently admitted, “It’s over: there is no more Daesh left,” using an Arabic acronym for ISIS.
  5. Regulatory reform: President Trump announced Dec. 14 his administration has far exceeded its promise to eliminate regulations at a 2:1 ratio and impose no lifetime net regulatory costs. In total, agencies issued 67 deregulatory actions while imposing only three new regulatory actions, a ratio of 22:1. Federal agencies also achieved $8.1 billion in lifetime net regulatory cost savings, the equivalent of $570 million per year.
  6. Jobs: Some 228,000 new jobs were created in November, highlighting the strongest U.S. labor market since the turn of the century. The government also reported Dec. 8 that unemployment was unchanged at 4.1 percent, but that’s still nearly a 17-year low.
  7. Military: The Trump administration asked a federal court Dec. 7 for an emergency stay to delay a court order to begin opening the military to transgender recruits by Jan. 1.
  8. Israel: While the previous three U.S. presidents promised during their election campaigns to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, President Trump on Dec. 6 became the first to follow through. In his official order, Trump also ordered the U.S. Embassy to be moved to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded: “President Donald Trump, thank you for today’s historic decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. The Jewish people and the Jewish state will be forever grateful.”
  9. Immigration: The Department of Homeland Security released figures Dec. 4 showing Trump is delivering on his pledge to more strictly control immigration and deter would-be border-crossers. Border Patrol arrests dropped to a 45-year low in the fiscal year that ended Sept. 30, down 25 percent from a year earlier. ICE said the number of people apprehended away from the border jumped 25 percent this fiscal year. The increase is 37 percent after Trump’s inauguration compared to the same period the year before.
  10. States’ rights: President Trump signed two executive orders Dec. 4 that gave back about 2 million acres of land to the state of Utah by modifying executive orders by President Obama. Arguing the Antiquities Act “requires that any reservation of land as part of a monument be confined to the smallest area compatible with the proper care and management of the objects of historic or scientific interest to be protected,” Trump reduced the federal government’s control of the Bear’s Ear National Monument to just 201,876 acres, pointing out that the important objects of scientific or historic interest described described in Obama’s proclamation are protected under existing laws and agency management designations. He also reduced the Grand Staircase National Monument in Utah from nearly 1.9 million acres to about 1 million.
  11. Immigration: Secretary of State Rex Tillerson announced Dec. 3 the Trump administration is withdrawing from the Global Compact on Migration, arguing the pact would “undermine the sovereign right of the United States to enforce our immigration laws and secure our borders.” Tillerson made the announcement just before the opening of a global conference on migration in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
  12. Tax reform: Propelled by the engagement of President Trump, the Senate on Dec. 1 passed the biggest rewrite of the nation’s tax system since 1986, reducing rates for businesses and individuals. The Republican-led House passed a similar bill in November. The two chambers of Congress will negotiate a reconciliation of the two bills that they expect to put on the president’s desk before the end of the year.
  13. Health care: The Senate tax-reform bill passed Dec. 1 eliminates Obamacare’s individual mandate, the linchpin of Obama’s government-controlled health-care system, which penalizes taxpayers for choosing not to buy health insurance.

Here you see what I am talking about. Everything listed hurts the US big time and all thinking people know that yet the far right list's them as accomplishments. Well if you count hurting people and in a number of the items cause the death of people they are just that. The far right loves to have people die, and have been doing that for about 200 years now. Did you see the white house session yesterday. All praise Trump as they spoke. Looked like NK with all singing to the Dear Leader. What a country we have become.

This is a classic example of why Liberalism has been considered a "Mental Disorder". What ridiculous claims. Rational minds regard the listed accomplishments as positives, yet some (liberals) look at them as less. Of course never backed up with facts, just slanted opinionated views

Can the left ever raise an argument which doesn't include the end of civilization as we know it or thousands and thousands of Americans dying in the streets?

Even the tax reform is viewed in bad light by liberals yet they too receive the benefit of reduced taxes.  According to the leftist NY Times, 75% of Americans will receive LOWER taxes because of Trump's new tax plan.  What's not to like? Who is better off determining where you spend your own money, the government or YOU? Conservatives will all say YOU while liberals tend to think the government is better off managing all our money and then redistributing that money to who they feel deserves it..

In the warped, biased liberal mind, if all but one American enjoyed a tax cut, the Libtards would be hootin and hollerin about that one poor soul...who I'm sure they will claim not long from now will be found dead in the gutter from nothing to eat.

RE:  Obamas accomplishments – –

Firstly— one reason you didn’t hear about Mr. Obama’s accomplishments is that you were too busy consuming propagandist newsites, which never gave any credit where credit was due. (Remember FOXNEWS  was created solely to put forth a very conservative Republican agenda.)

Secondly,  Mr. Obama didn’t brag about everything he did like the fool you so admire.

Thirdly,  Mr. Obama did not take credit for other people‘s accomplishments, nor did he lie about accomplishments when there were none.

All you have to do is plug in accomplishments under Barack Obama, and read the long,  long list to see that you are absolutely incorrect in your beliefs.

Gee, I miss having a real president!

Moving backwards is NOT a good thing for a Nation, but that's what Trumpettes praise.

1. TAX REFORM - Another GOPer scheme to redistribute wealth from the middle class to the very top, this time the ones running the Corproations. By collecting $3.2TRILLION LESS from Corporations, Der Trumper insures the 99% will either pay $3.2 TRILLION MORE or they will lose services, like Medicare and PPACA, or protections like having safe food to eat.

2. REGULATORY REFORM - GOPerspeak for making it easier for Corporations to poision your family or our planet without risk of any penalty, to defraud you with defective goods, sell you worthless services, or use your money to enrich themselves.

3. CLIMATE - Republicans have already wasted 20 years by opposing a shift to non-greenhouse gas producing forms of energy. Our military commanders, not President Obama, were the ones to call Climate Change an existential threat to our Nation, but Republicans are woned by Big Carbon. for doubters, the Navy is NOT raising the height of all their docks warfs and quays because they have nothing better to do. They're doing it because that 20 years of greed induced dithering has guarenteed a 13 foot see level rise in the next 50 years.

4. ISIS -Der Trumper has given ISIS the greatest recruiting tool since jrbush invaded and occupied a peaceful Arab country. He sent several thousnad more brave young Americans to be targets for ISIS with no hope those brave Americans can achieve victory.

5. REGULATORY REFORM - What GOPers don't want to think about is what happened when nobody was regulating derivatives or mortgage lending. They REALLY don't want to think about the 9000 Americans who die from Corporate food posioning EVERY YEAR because only the USA refuses to adequately inspect our food supply and how many more will die because Der Trumper has slashed the budgets and manpower of the agencies trying to keep our food safe.

6. JOBS. Having more jobs is okay, but while Corporate Profits and stock prices have skyrocketed, the wages of the average American worker have failed to keep pace with inflation, REDUCING the average real wage in America.

7. MILITARY - Our military is not helped when DerTrumper sucks up to his moronic base by attacking LGBT service members. The Military Commanders politely refused to impliment this abomination from Der Trumper and the Courts have found it Unconstitutional discrimination. Meanwhile we waste billions on weapon systems our military neither wants nor needs.

8. ISRAEL - Der Trumper has walked away for the Mideast Peace Process and given our seat at the table to Russia.

9. IMMIGRATION - Der Trumper has attacked millions of law-abiding immigrants to satisfy the bloodlust of his base. Meanwhile no change in the number of gang members being caught and deported BECAUSE unlike the law-abiding victims of Der Trumpers xenophobia, the gang members aren't so easy to catch. Lemontop also walked away from agreements, an act that will deprive American firms of access to the entire EU market.

10. STATES RIGHTS - Republicans have done all they can to restore Jim Crow across RedStates with a maximum effort to disenfranchise minority voters and Gerrymander the ones who can vote into a powerless position.

11. HEALTH CARE. Der Trumper has given millions of healthy young people the ability to return to being parasites on the health care system. They will continue to get sick and injured and be treated in our ERs, they just won't be paying for their treatment anymore. The re-addition of those slugs will drive up costs for everyone elses health insurance and by refusing to continue subsidities, GOPers will deprive 34 Million Americans who now have health insurance of their protedction, adding them to the ones forced to use the ER for their private family physician, making them go to work sick, and spread disease and reduce profits for their employers.

And then there was September; Let's review.

SEPTEMBER

  1. Lower courts: Trump is filling up lower courts with lifetime appointees. In the estimation of Democratic official Ron Klain, a “massive transformation is underway in how our fundamental rights are defined by the federal judiciary.” Klain, lamenting Trump’s moves, said the president “is proving wildly successful in one respect: naming youthful conservative nominees to the federal bench in record-setting numbers.” On Sept. 28, Trump announced an eighth wave of judicial candidates, with nine more names.
  2. Canada trade: In September, the Commerce Department, siding with Boeing, slapped a 219 percent tariff on the import of Canadian-made Bombardier jets, arguing they are supported by subsidies from the governments of Canada and the U.K., creating an unfair market.
  3. Korea trade: Trump began the process of renegotiating the United States-South Korea Free Trade Agreement in September.
  4. Climate: In September, Trump shut down a climate-change advisory panel under the direction of NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, that critics have contended was formed largely to promote President Obama’s climate policies, arguing it lacked representation from “those who think the empirical evidence points to human actions contributing little to global warming and that attempting to reduce it would slow the conquest of poverty around the world.” The EPA also has decided not to renew the appointments of dozens of scientists on various scientific advisory panels.
  5. Economy: Household wealth reached a record high of $1.7 trillion in the second quarter due to rising property values and gains in financial assets, according to a Federal Reserve report.
  6. Homeland security: In September, Trump signed an executive order to enhance vetting capabilities and processes for detecting attempted entry into the United States by terrorists or other public-security threats.
  7. North Korea: After some 25 years of failed negotiations to contain Pyongyang’s nuclear program, the communist regime’s latest threatening actions were met by President Trump with a warning that military action, including a preemptive nuclear attack, would be considered. After Trump’s warnings, North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un backed off on his threat to attack the U.S. territory of Guam.
  8. North Korea: On Sept. 7, the U.S. fully deployed the THAAD missile defense system to South Korea despite objections from Pyongyang’s chief ally, China.
  9. North Korea: In September, Trump signed an executive order significantly expanding U.S. authority to target individuals, companies and financial institutions that finance and facilitate trade with North Korea, most of which are Chinese. Meanwhile, China’s central bank has ordered banks in its massive banking system to immediately stop doing business with North Korea.
  10. United Nations: In his first speech to the United Nations General Assembly, Trump told the global body in September, “I put America first and you should do the same with your nations.” In the speech, he also explicitly denounced socialism and communism, pointing to Venezuela as an example of what happens when socialism is successfully implemented.
  11. Immigration: President Trump, in September, rescinded Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals order, which gave de facto amnesty to some 800,000 people who came to the country as children with their illegal-alien parents. Trump delayed implementing his order for six months to give Congress time to come up with a legislative solution.
  12. Stock markets: Through the first week of September, the Dow Jones Industrial Average had 34 record highs. From Election Day to the Inauguration, the Dow rose more than 1,500 points. It climbed another 2,500 points from Inauguration Day, reaching more than 22,400 in mid-September, a gain of more than $4 trillion in wealth since Trump was elected. The Dow’s spike from 19,000 to above 21,000 in just 66 days was the fastest 2,000-point rise ever. The S&P 500 and the NASDAQ also have set all-time highs. On Aug. 7, the Dow closed with an all-time high for the ninth day in a row, the first time the market has had a run of that length twice under one presidency.
