Saying that "liberals infringe on rights of others" seems narrow minded to me.

Of course it does to you.  Liberals have no problem respecting the rights of others as long as they get their narrow minded way of forcing their opinions on others.  Thanks for asking (sarcasm).

Part of the 'me' generation wanting their way disregarding others, thinking their rights override those of others.  It hasn't changed since decades ago when a kid told me that I have no rights but others do.

Would those be real rights as guaranteed by the Constitution or the made up ones conservatives keep authoring?

Just commenting on the misunderstood thinking of liberals who have the idea that their rights overrule those of others.  You stand up for the Internationale since you don't think much of our National Anthem?

I have sung the internationale when the anthem was played.

So it begins.

Persecuted with outrageous salaries to sit on a bench and protest?  What about those who paid to see a football game and have to see some overpaid crybabies protest because they are paid too much?

Setting a good example by doing nothing?  They should be being good examples by showing that even Blacks can be somebody.

Aren't we fortunate to have high quality non-racially-biased posts to read here?

These players and liberals might be getting their way with the few players exercising their 'constitutional rights' to sit or kneel during the playing of the National Anthem.  But now they have infringed on our rights to hear it being played on our TVs at home before games.

Now the networks will not broadcast it with the games.  Again, liberals infringe on rights of others for the sake of getting their way...

So - can you cite the Constitutional Clause delineating the Constitutional Right to hear the anthem on TV prior to a football game?

Can you cite a court decision stating that being able to hear the anthem on TV prior to a football game is a constitutional right?

Check the appropriate box...

And  do you think that you will get an answer?

I got a post with content that appeared to be a biased word salad...

To speak about the disrespect that we have seen in this country not only to our military and what he think of our heroes in the military, and now, we are seeing a cartoon trying to connect the military with a protest that has nothing to do with the actions of the military.  I only have  one word. Precious.

Maybe those that are so "hot under the collar" about listening to the NATIONAL ANTHEM while seeing a BLACK MAN take a knee would be more satisfied if the BLACK MAN stayed in the locker room and they could listen to one of TRUMP THE CHUMP'S friends sing the NATIONAL ANTHEM.

Remember, he said this friend was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. Must be the voice and the spit.

Doesn't look like he is disadvantaged??

Jealously is such an all encompassing emotion. Turning green with envy is so unbecoming.

It overpowers people so that they lose sight of their argument's purpose.

For example, what does the advantages of Kaepernick have to do with his demonstration to support a cause he believes in.

Are you now adding an income means test to determine whether one can exercise their 1st amendment rights?

The day that the nation has realized that blacks can be somebody has long ago occurred.

Now the question is how long it will be before racist white trump followers and supporters will ever be considered to be worthy of respect...

I understand that Kaepernick's mother was White, his father left her and she gave him up for adoption.  Adopted by a white couple, he led a advantageous life with a good education.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colin_Kaepernick

His net worth is approximately $20 million.  So since he's led a comfortable life, what is he doing to help those he is demonstrating for?  What about his lifestyle and the home he lives in? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cKUCj1m8udM

https://finapp.co.in/colin-kaepernick-net-worth/

Doesn't look like he is disadvantaged?  In proportion to his net worth and income, is he supporting the disadvantaged?  Or is it more to draw attention to Mr Kaepernick?  I tend to believe that in comparison of other athletes it for himself?  Compare him and these bench prima donnas to those many other athletes who are doing something for others instead of drawing attention to themselves.

Houston has a hometown hero who during Hurricane Harvey raised millions of dollars for others.

You should take notice of the Republican attitude toward privilege VS working your way up in the world.  They are upset that Kaepernick and both Clintons went from little to wealth.  It offends them while Trump, who inherited most of his money, is considered their shining example of capitalism.
