If it looks like Flynn has anything that would connect Der lyingTrumper to the Russians medling in the election, Agent Orange will simply pardon him in advance, just like Ford did with Nixon.

He and Manafort better hope Putin doesn't decide to "retire" either or both of them.   Couldn't happen?  Oh yes it could.

IF that happens AFTER they both testify, do you have any compelling reason we should care to share with us?  Seems to me it just reduces the bill we'd have to foot for proper accomodations later.

The result of all of this is that yes, they shouldn't provide any kind of immunity to Flynn, is too early in the game and we don't know where any of this is going to lead.
There is too much to unravel. and like I heard today. there is too much information outthere and this investigation could do with more silence until there are results that they need to provide the American people.

So, no  immunity  for anyone, If they are guilty of a crime, they should all be prosecuted.

We already know one reason, Flynn perjured himself to the FBI, which is a federal crime, so they don't want to grant him immunity from prosecution.

The 2nd reason we can guess. Maybe they have so much evidence already compiled, they don't need his testimony.,

Finally, it's still very eary in the investigation, so why rush into making a decision yoiu might regret.

Flynn was Trump's closest confidant throughout the campaign.

Let's not forget Paul Manafort, who was paid rather hansomly for his efforts to "influence American Government Policy in favor of Russia", has well documented ties to Russia's puppet in the Ukraine and appears up to his keister with the Russian Mob via their bank in Cyprus. And of course lyingTrumper son-in-law and his connections to the Oligarchs and Putin on behalf of "LyingTrump Investments Inc."

I'd say Flynn was just the Russian dupe who got the most visible presidential appointment - there's a whole White House filled with more "interesting" connections to the Russian Mob and Tsar Vlad the Stumpy.

How does a guy engaging in perfectly legal public relations activities relate to such stuff as, "Tsar Vlad the Stumpy", a "Russian dupe", Oligarchs and some non-existant firm called, "LyingTrump Investments Inc."?

Must be his charming personality.  He certainly doesn't exhibit any blustery bafoon characteristics seen in dt and flynn and that must make some feel relieved, less questioning about their voting record.  But, kushner is not acceptable even as the so-civilized snake that he is, part of the family.  imo, he, his wife, and our SOS are double agents, to name a few.  Right out in the open all the time.  None of what we are seeing and experiencing is a supercoincidence.  Events happening by chance.  No plan at all.  Poor, Poor Mr. Spicer.

Do they believe that he really has information that would help their case, or is he playing around with them?
What are they waiting for?

Well, Flynn would be given immunity from anything that comes to light in the hearings.  When Oliver North was convicted, three of his convictions were overturned because the prosecutors could not prove they would not have "discovered" his illegal actions without the Congressional testimony.  The problem was, they were almost ready to file charges when North testified and it screwed up the prosecutions.

Flynn being denied immunity makes me wonder how close prosecutors are to filing charges against him. THEN, we start talking about plea deals and things could REALLY get interesting.

What are they waiting for?

from the article:

The committee will schedule its interview with Kushner only when “we know exactly the scope of what needs to be asked,” Burr said — providing one plausible explanation for the decision to turn down Flynn’s offer.

20 witness to query.  "know the scope of what needs to be asked"....  I don't understand all the in's and out's of immunity but it makes sense to not give Flynn what he is asking for....just yet, if at all.

Thanks for this post alferd.  rker, your eyes are much better now! (?)
