SCOTUS will NOT fast-track Obamacare Case

Washington Post : 01/22/2020 - Supreme Court refuses to fast-track a challenge to the Affordable Car...

The Supreme Court on Tuesday denied a motion to fast-track a challenge to the Affordable Care Act so that it could be considered this term.

Without comment, the justices turned down a motion by the House of Representatives and Democratic-led states to expedite review of a decision last month by a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. The panel struck down the law’s mandate that individuals buy health insurance but sent back to a lower court the question of whether the rest of the statute can stand without it.

But the lower courts have kept the Affordable Care Act in place as appeals continue, and a practical effect of the Supreme Court’s action is that it will stay that way at least through the November elections.

It does take (5) of them to approve a fast-track but the vote wasn't disclosed.

What this shows is Dictator Trump does have control of the SC and has told them to do nothing till after the election as he thinks that will help him win, and it could. If Dictator Trump wins he will be full Dictator and could care less about the ACA or any  health care program. This is the same approach Trump took with Ukraine, and every thing he has done. He wants it to benefit him. So the answer is do not vote for Dictator trump and keep the USA a democracy. Hitler and Trump the same.
