Every time Comrade Trump has an opportunity to do a huge favor for his Daddy, Vladimir, he does something which will put a smile on Vladimir's face. The big question is WHY?

No, it's not accurate. It is just the "Party line". And, you can't help but wonder where the "Party line" originated. It certainly is divisive, the Russian goal was (and is) to divide up - the conclusion is obvious.

He was not "The Russian Candidate"?  The facts say otherwise. The Russians hacked the Clinton campaign emails and strategically timed the release of those emails. The intelligence agencies of the United States and our allies all concluded that the Russians were interfering with the American election in support of Trump, their preferred candidate.

I know conservatives are allergic to facts but there you go.

It could well be that the Russians saw Trump as a far better candidate for their campaign of division. Hey, "Trump sucks" was posted here. I haven't seen "Hillary sucks".

So, if that is the case it isn't a matter of Trump working with the Russians. Rather it is a case of the Trump haters working with the Russians.

Is it not scary to see posters doing the divisive work of the Russians? As an example calling our legally elected President "the Russian candidate" seems divisive.

Oh, I am certain calling him "The Russian Candidate" is a bit divisive but it is also accurate.  Face it, had the American public realized how incompetent he was going to be and what a slimeball he really was, he would have lost the electoral vote along with the popular vote.

As I have said before more time on what is happening in the middle east and less time on a back and forth with the enablers on items that mean little or nothing to what will happen there would improve everyones understanding of a very important subject.

Here is an item that was on TV today about Israel. The Israel police have come up with a number of  criminal charges they can bring against the current PM. He could go to jail if found guilty. There seems to be some reason they can not bring them against him due to law or custom when he is in Office. The word today was he will resign and there will be a snap election. Keep an eye on this to see if this all happens. If it does it will change quite a bit of what is or could happen in the entire Middle East.

Putin wants to fragment America as well as NATO and our allies, and in Trump he picked a most excellent candidate who unfortunately is doing a fantastic job of fragmenting not only America but our allies.

Of course that is and has been Putin's objective - to weaken us by division. And it is also obvious that he is using Americans to help in his task. A perfect example of his success is on display here with terms like "Trump the Chump", "Trump sucks", "anyone agreeing with Trump is a racist, sexist, Nazi, fascist, homophobe, alt-right, etc.", and so many more. And then there are the topics attacking the First Lady, calling the President an Imbecile, Indicting a sitting President, and on and on.

You are right - Putin is succeeding. And the election of Trump did help for the reasons above. Had Hillary won, the Reps would have accepted the outcome and all the dissension pointed out above would not have occurred. But, she didn't and the pussyhat brigade immediately got into action as well as the Dem leadership, and the rest of their hate-filled followers. And it only got worse and probably will continue to do so.

This is an interesting argument.  "If we all stop fighting the Russian candidate and just accept our servitude, everything will be wonderful".  The really scary part is that the Republicans see nothing wrong in this argument.

No one has covered the real story on this subject. Here is the new line up in the Middle East as a result of Syria and the Trump pull out. Russia is now the leader and will have troops and navy bases there. Turkey now aligned with Russia. (Few years ago it was shooting down Russian planes). Iran, Saudi Arabia (Now you know why the 2 leaders greeted each other as they did at the G20), Isreal (Their PM was in Russian Capital not long ago to see Russian President), Syria. Jordan, Egypt will follow. Russia is now the world leader there, and the US goes to the ash can of history. Trump in action.

I agree with everything John258 said above. Trump is a traitor to  the United States of America. The whole reason Putin and Russia worked so hard to make sure that Trump was elected,  was to diminish the United States and gain  world domination. Everything that Trump is doing in the world today has diminished the status of the United States of America. We are no longer the number one world power. Russia has moved into the number one space and that was the entire intention. We are leaving our allies. We are reducing ourselves and our power in NATO. We have a man in office who is compromised. And we will be destroyed if not careful. Someone in power must stand up to this man--Congress maybe?  He must be removed. And hopefully when he is removed either by election or impeachment there will be something left  that we can salvage of our nation.

**********************************

Can the Trump base NOT see with their own eyes, or hear with their own ears, or feel in their own hearts what this president is doing to our country and to our standing in/on the world stage?   Do you NOT care?  Or are we just totally dealing with bots and trolls here who bouy the president despite his lies, chaos, and his hero worship of our enemies?

Contrarily, I do not "hate" this president as some here so often claim.  Nor am I feeling voter's remorse because Senator Clinton didn't win (even though had there not been interference and voter suppression, she would have).  I am concerned about the direction in which this "reality TV star" is taking our nation.  I am concerned because no one is speaking out on the right to defend this country and "US" (accept maybe those republican politicians who are leaving office)!  Where are the other voices from the Right speaking up and out for the rights and good of Americans?

Some advice to the thinking people. Let the enablers play with this part of the subject as time and events have moved on. If you picked up the news today that Iraq now says it might send troops into Syria. I hope you all realize this could change everything. Right now Iran has some of the militia it has in Iraq also working in Syria, and Iran has a lot of control over Iraq. N. Iraq is largely Kurd, and there is what amounts to a peace treaty between the Kurds in Iraq, and the Iraq central govt. If Iraq sends its Army into Syria to get Kurds there that agreement will most likely fall apart and you could see fighting between the 2 in Iraq. There are Kurdish in the Iraq Army  (separate units)and they sure will go after the other parts of the Army. In the end you could have a real mess with fighting in Iraq, Turkey, Iran, Syria between the Kurds and others hit an all time high. Russia as the lead power now will have its hands full, and it will involve the US in Iraq, Turkey. Keep you eye on this for it could turn into a game changer if Iraq does it.  Here you see Trump in action and you wounder why the Def. Sec., and others working for US in that area quit. On our side it is fools paradise.
