Yes, Democrats can multitask. Because they actually DO care about governing, instead of caring about things like creating Muslim bans, putting brown babies in jail, and applauding "fine people" in the KKK to rile up the base while they take millions in bribes from corporations and steal billions from taxpayers.

Policy over Probes. A refreshing change is coming to government

The majority of incoming Democratic lawmakers are pushing to to legislation over investigations of Trump.  Oh sure, they won't be able to ignore all of the misdeeds and incompetence of this administration but after the last few years of things like wall-to-wall Benghazi investigations staged for political gain, it will be good to have a party in power who will actually govern.

POLICY OVER PROBES -- Forty-six of roughly 60 incoming Democratic lawmakers are asking leadership to prioritize legislation over investigations of the president and his administration. "They wrote that lawmakers 'have a duty' to conduct oversight of the administration, especially if it 'crosses legal lines or contravenes American values.' But they said 'we must prioritize' legislation on issues that also include immigration, guns, environment and a criminal justice overhaul," The Associated Press' Alan Fram reports. "The letter calls on leaders to hold monthly meetings with freshmen and to appoint them to highly sought committees like Appropriations and Ways and Means. And it requests changes in some congressional procedures, such as prioritizing bills that have at least 290 co-sponsors -- which means significant bipartisan support." More: http://bit.ly/2KTfgvQ
